Each room reservation requires a deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required on each room. Your credit card will be charged immediately by Xanterra Travel Collection for the applicable deposit on each room reserved. The deposit will guarantee your room reservation for an arrival beyond 4:00pm.
If your plans change, you may receive a full refund of the deposit provided you cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to stays from May 1 to October 15 and at least 3 days prior to stays from October 15 to April 30. If you cancel your reservation less than 3 days prior to the check-in time on your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your entire reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 12 or over is an additional $25.00 per night. Children 11 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult. Rollaway or cribs are not available in any room type. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
