St. Mary Village is a full-service lodge located immediately outside Glacier National Park’s east entrance in St. Mary, Montana. Situated in a prime location at the intersection of U.S. Highway 89 and the Going-to-the-Sun Road, St. Mary Village is a desirable location for travelers to set up base camp for their Glacier National Park adventures. The lodge has 127 rooms spread among the property’s seven different facilities and offers accommodations ranging from standard rooms to stunning, luxury rooms and cabins. The resort consists of a grocery store, gas station, two restaurants, a bar, coffee shop, and gift store.
Guests can dine at the Snowgoose Grille for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or have a drink at The Mountain Lounge. The Curly Bear Cafe is a great option for those looking for quick food on the go and the Glacier Perk Espresso Candy Shop is open daily to satisfy those caffeine and candy indulgences.

Main Lodge Rooms are modest rooms with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. Due to their location on the second floor above the hotel's lobby and kitchen, these rooms can be a little bit noisier. There are no televisions in these rooms.

The Great Bear Standard Rooms are luxury rooms located on any one of the three floors of Saint Mary's Great Bear Lodge. These rooms each come equipped with two queen beds, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and modern amenities including satellite television. All rooms are accessible by elevator and there are three handicap accessible rooms on the first floor.

The most lavish rooms on the property, these rooms are the Great Bear Lodge's version of a suite. Each Great Bear Lodge Superior Room features two queen beds or one king bed. The king room will sleep up to two guests, and the two queen rooms will sleep up to four guests. The rooms also include a gas fireplace, a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a private patio or deck with great views. Please note in the comments if you prefer one bed.

The West Motel Rooms are located in a 1950's single-story building across the street from the main lodge. Each room comes with either; one king, one queen, or two queens and a private bathroom. Recently remodeled, these rooms were upgraded to include granite countertops and traditional lodge furnishings. These rooms are not handicap accessible. Please note in the comments if you prefer one bed.

The historic Glacier Cabins were built in the 1930s and are located next to the Divide Creek. The one-bedroom cabins have been renovated and sleep four with a queen in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to the private bathroom, there is also a small kitchenette. Handicap-accessible cabins are available.

New to Saint Mary Lodge and Resort are Tiny Homes. Each home offers one private bedroom with a queen bed and a small closet. A barn-style sliding door separates the bedroom from the living room. Located in the living room is a trundle with two twin beds, a small table with bench style seating, a two burner stove, small refrigerator, and a self-contained sink. Each Tiny Home offers a private bathhouse which is about 30 feet from the home and is heated. Bathrobes are provided to wear between the home and the bathhouse. Be advised that each Tiny Home offers heating but they do not come with AC, television, or a telephone.

An amount equal to one night per room reserved has been charged to your credit card as a deposit. Please be aware that an authorization of up to $250.00 (in addition to room & tax) will be held on your credit card at time of check-in. The hold will be released back to you at check-out and may take 5 - 7 business days to reappear on your credit card, depending on your banking institution.
For reservations taking place June through September: You have 30 days from the day of making your reservation to cancel for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 31 days after making the reservation to 14 days before arrival date will result in a $30 fee, per room/slip reservation. Should you cancel your reservation(s) within 14 days of your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions).
For reservations taking place October through May: You have 30 days from the day of making your reservation to cancel for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made 31 days after making the reservation to 3 days before arrival date will result in a $30 cancellation fee per room/slip. Should you cancel your reservation(s) within the 3 days of arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions).
Changes to your departure date made after you have stayed your first night will result in a $30 early departure fee.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $15.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
Please note an additional charge of $1.00 per night opt-out donation to the Glacier National Park Conservancy charged at checkout. Reservations are subject to an additional 1% Historic Preservation Fee upon check-in. The historic preservation fee is charged on all goods and services (excluding alcohol) at many of the historic properties around the park.
