The option with two queen beds also has a sofa bed, and a rollaway bed can be added, sleeping up to five. The Cliff Dwelling has a private, indoor bathroom with a sink, shower, and flushing toilet. Inside the Cliff Dwelling, you will also find a kitchenette with a microwave, small refrigerator, stove top burner, sink, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Pets Policy:
$25.00 one-time fee per pet. Only two dogs are allowed per designated unit. Must be well-behaved. However, certain dog breeds are restricted and not allowed in the resort. These include Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Boxers, and Dalmatians. Please ensure your pet meets these requirements before bringing them to the resort.
Rates Policy: A two-night minimum is required on most dates. No swimming in the ponds. Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking. Rollaways are available only in 2 Queen Cliff Dwelling if booked for five people (no extra cost). Pack and plays are available upon request. Late check-outs, if allowed, extend only until 12:30 pm and have a non-refundable fee of $50.00 paid in advance. Please note there is an additional $90.00 cleaning fee for Tipis & Wagons, or $100.00 for Family Wagons, and a $25.00 reservation fee per stay.
