Deluxe Rooms at The Ranch at Death Valley provide ample space to rest and relax. These rooms are located at ground level adjacent to the pool, and each room includes a private patio. The deluxe rooms include either one king bed or two queen beds, and the ADA rooms offer one queen and one twin bed. These rooms include air conditioning, in-room coffee, television, telephone, private bathrooms, and a mini-refrigerator. All of the deluxe rooms at The Ranch at Death Valley are smoke-free. Please note in the comments if you prefer one bed.

Standard Rooms at The Ranch at Death Valley are spacious with either two queen or two double beds (ADA rooms) and a private patio or balcony. Amenities include air conditioning, in-room coffee, television, a private bathroom, and a mini-refrigerator. Rollaways are permitted in these rooms. All standard rooms are smoke-free.

The Cottages are the newest addition to The Ranch at Death Valley. These 80 new cottages feature either one king or two queens and are within walking distance of the Ranch's Town Square. The cottages are either quadplex units or duplex units, and guest parking is within walking distance of the cottages. The cottage with one king is in the bedroom with a separate sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper for a maximum occupancy of four, the rooms with two queens are located in the bedroom with a separate sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper for a maximum occupancy of six. Each cottage offers a private bathroom with a shower only, a stacked washer/dryer, air conditioning, a television in the bedroom, a television in the sitting area, and a front porch. Rollaway beds, pets, or cooking are not allowed in the cottages.

Each room reservation requires a deposit equal to the first nights room rate plus applicable taxes and surcharges. Your credit card will be charged immediately by Xanterra Travel Collection for the applicable deposit on each room reserved. This Deposit will guarantee the reservation for arrival after the normal check-in time.
In order to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made and a cancellation number received at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than two (2) days prior to the scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather. Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Rates Policy: Taxes and surcharges are subject to change. All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and/or surcharges. Rates may vary during holidays and blackout periods. Each additional guest age 19 or over is an additional $25.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $22.00 resort fee per room per night. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per night, only allowed in the Deluxe 1 King.
