The deposit is fully refundable outside of 30 days prior to arrival. Any changes or cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a $25.00 fee. Cancellations & changes within 7 days of designated check-in time result in forfeiture of deposit.
Pets Policy:
The pet fee for pet-friendly cabins will be $40 per night.
Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms and public areas of the hotels and lodges.
Pets are defined as quiet and housebroken dogs or cats, and are allowed in designated pet-friendly cabins. No other pets are allowed in cabins.
Pets are allowed in all campgrounds operated by Yellowstone National Park Lodges.
A maximum of two pets per pet-friendly cabin is allowed.
Pets must be leashed or restrained at all times. They may not be left unattended and must be kept quiet.
Pets cannot be left unattended in a vehicle.
Food and water bowls may not be left outside, as they attract park wildlife.
You must clean up after your pet.
Pets must have all recommended vaccinations up-to-date, and you must be able to provide a Health Certificate and records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) vaccinations if Xanterra Travel Collection® or the National Park Service (NPS) requests this information at any time.
Per federal law, pets (except service dogs) are not permitted on our tour buses or snowcoaches.
Rates Policy: Lodging rates are per night, for up to 2 adults and do not include tax and utility fees. Additional persons (12 years and older) are an additional $25.00 per night. Most rooms available online allow 2 to 4 people per room. Accessible rooms are available. Rates and dates are subject to change without notice. Internet service is available in the lobby and cafeteria. Radio and television are not available to accentuate the natural essence of Yellowstone. Limited cellular telephone service. Rollaway beds are not available.
