Please refer to the cancellation policy listed on your confirmation email. If you are not three days prior to the deadline to cancel, please wait to send your cancel request to allow us to assist those with immediate needs. Thank you for your understanding as we are experiencing an enormous number of cancellations.

By filling out this form, you will cancel the entire reservation listed.  
You cannot use this form to change your reservation.

 

 

Prior to submitting this cancellation request, carefully read your confirmation e-mail to verify the cancellation policy for your reservation. You must cancel your reservation by 4 p.m.(EST) the day prior to being within the cancellation policy or you will forfeit any deposit paid. For reservations that have a credit card guarantee, you will be charged equal to one-night plus tax. You may also forfeit your entire stay, depending on the lodge policy listed.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read the specific policies for your reservation and understand any forfeitures you may incur. If you have any questions regarding this cancellation, you may choose to call us at the number listed above.

In order for us to process this cancellation, our company had to have made the reservation for you. If you were booked by us, US Park Lodging, you would have received an email confirmation from US Park Lodging and a 10% non-refundable charge on your credit card.

If we did not make your original reservation, your reservation cannot be cancelled by us. If that is the case, please contact the company you booked with.

You will receive a response to this cancellation request by phone or email within 24 hours of submission on Monday-Friday@12pm and by Monday 5pm if submitted from Friday@12pm-Sunday
