Location, location, location. Beautiful rooms
This place is about the closest stay to the entrance to Zion that you will get, about a half mile. With the filled up free shuttles in town you might like this place for it's walkable distance to the Park. The rooms are very nice, elegant really. There is a beauty spa on site. A washer and drier that operate with quarters is available. There is a nice Southwest fusion restaurant "Whiptail Grill" directly across the street and a very nice restaurant "Spotted Dog Cafe" next door. A general store is a couple of doors away. There is a thing going on with the air conditioning cutting off in the middle of the night so heat sensitive people might want to consider that.

Luxury is the name of the game!
Great check-in experience. Parking was available even though a restaurant was on the grounds. The room was SO comfortable.. Just what we needed in the middle of our swing though several national parks. It was little pricy as compared to other Inns in the area, but well worth every penny.
Perks in the room included two reusable aluminum drink containers.. perfect.

Part time air conditioning
We stayed two nights at this property, and on the first night, I noticed that the room got very warm after midnight, and did not cool off until the early morning hours. I forgot to report this to the front desk. The next night, the same thing happened, and I stepped out of my room at 3 AM to find that NONE of the air conditioning units in the building of 16 rooms where we were staying had their units running.
When I reported this to the lady at the front desk, she tried to explain to this Miami-born and bred boy how air conditioners work, and what a thermostat does.
It is statistically impossible for 16 units to be cycled off thermostatically, so the only explanation is that they are on a time clock. Meaning you have no control.
Both evenings were uncomfortable, and my family and I did not sleep well. Beautiful grounds and large rooms don't make up for a lousy night's sleep, especially when you are paying money like this.
There are pretty properties all around this place, so suggest you check them out.

Best Zion Trip Ever!
We have stayed here multiple times and always find ourselves choosing to stay there again because the amenities are so nice, the location is perfect, it’s as close to Zion as you can get and the views are phenomenal! The amenities are great the year-round pool and hot tub are fantastic for relaxing. The spot a dog café has exceptional food that is unique that you can’t get anywhere else which is a plus. The rooms are clean and due to Covid I love that they are Outside access so you don’t have to worry about touch points. We stayed in a private villa one of the trips so that we had our own kitchen and were able to barbecue. The deer come right up to you on the property which is such a fun experience. On the last visit I visited the spa which is a must do. The labyrinth and meditation area is a short five minute walk from your room and the views are outstanding my only regret was not packing a picnic and enjoying it longer! We will definitely be back.

FYI - these rooms are outside access! Great pool area.
I didn't realize when booking this (I must not have paid close enough attention?) that these rooms are outside access, so basically a motel room. Was pretty disappointing. Had to lug my 50 pound suitcase up a flight of wooden steps outside to get up to our room. That being said, the amenities were pretty nice - comfortable bedding, fluffy towels, some swag, and good coffee. The hot tub in the morning with mountain views was awesome. We had breakfast at the cafe on property and it was OK - if went again would do breakfast at Oscar's (we had lunch there and it was outstanding). The meditation area (forget what it's called) on property was a nice touch, with nice views of Zion. We were late checking in and got a call around 9pm that their lobby staff leaves at 10 - so we had to either get there by 10 or get after hour check in instructions. That wasn't a big deal to us as we were almost there, and the staff was friendly about it. Overall I think this was a bit overpriced for the room you get.
