Absolutely charming stay! My husband and I eloped to Zion! We had a balcony room with a stellar view of the landscape! It was off season so probably less busy. The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, I haven't slept that well in a hotel before. I visited the Spa and had my hair done by Karlie Young. She is fantastic!! sooo talented!! A gem!! Highly recommend!! She Styled my hair beautifully with accessories for our special day. We will definitely be back.

Absolute perfect location and the bus (no 3 stop) being more or less outside was an added bonus (no need to hunt for a parking space at the park and the transfer took 5 mins). The room was spotless, comfortable and pretty surprising. Nice robes also! We particularly liked the ethos of using recyclable water bottles to encourage guests to be conservative with the environment. Cannot comment on the restaurant as closed during our stay.

Loved this hotel. We had two rooms in an adorable courtyard overlooking the pool which was closed but looked fabulous. Bedding was superb and so were the amenities. People very nice and water bottles for hiking gifted to all. A very nice welcome perk

We had a larger party so we needed another room and the Villa 2. This review is just on the latter. It was truly wonderful to have something so comfortable so close to Zion, where we can quickly retreat to, to rest and recharge after an early outing to the park. Having a washer/dryer was also huge. Keep in mind, due to the timing around Xmas, and despite the cold weather, you need to get into Zion early or else the scenic drive will be closed off and good luck finding parking even if it's not closed yet. We found the Villa 2 to be roomy enough to have our larger party gather in the evenings as a communal gathering area. It has a full kitchen with all the amenities so bringing dinners home for Covid concerns proved to be very convenient. The Villa 2 is across the street from the main hotel so it felt more like an AirBnb at times and the house faces a farm where deer visit on a very frequent basis. Couple complaints/observations was the heater/furnace was loud so whenever it came on at night, it was a bit disruptive. Luckily we're usually exhausted by all the hiking during the day. And lastly, the house has higher ceiling with floor to ceiling windows in the living room area, which affords great views but there are no curtains/blinds, which seemed strange to us, especially at night.

Hotel stay could have been better if…

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great location. Nice grounds with small spa area, fountains and zen bells. Very disappointed however that we paid extra for a deluxe terrace room “overlooking a courtyard” and instead our tiny terrace overlooked a parking lot and canyon views were mostly blocked by guest house right in front of us. Not all terrace rooms are “created the same” and frankly those without views should be priced at a standard room rate. Our room was not well insulated- heard continual loud walking and talking noise from upstairs throughout the evening. Would probably try a different accommodation on our next visit.
