The beds were comfy, the room was huge and quiet, and the view from our balcony of Zion NP was incredible. The pool is wonderful and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's minutes from the park entrance and right across the street from a shuttle stop. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back.

Great little spot, easy walk to the park entrance and local shops and restaurants. Hotel feels quaint. Rooms were nothing special, but considering the national park is the main attraction, wasn't really expecting anything fancy. Everything is clean and neat, well maintained. The grounds are nice, with some unexpected treats like a zen pond and a short trail up to a deck on the hillside with nice views. The restaurant attached to the hotel is one of the better restaurants in town as well.

They will take your money but do not care about customer service

I was really excited to stay at Flanigan’s, but unfortunately due to a reason not covered by our travel insurance, my boyfriend had to pull out of the trip, for which we had already paid in full. I was still able to go though. However, the reservation was in his name, and the manager at Flanigan’s was unwilling to allow me to use the reservation or have it transferred to my name with my boyfriend providing any information they would need to do that. The manager said the terms we agreed to were clear and he would not make the switch. Obviously they’re legally in the right sticking to those terms, but from a customer service perspective, why?? The room is just going unused and we are out thousands of dollars, with me having to book a room elsewhere solo, and having and sharing this negative impression of their management. You can decide for yourself if you want to support this resort, but if you do so definitely read the fine print and be prepared for no flexibility! Even if we had paid extra for the right to cancel on short notice, it wouldn’t have helped with our issue of my actually still wanting to stay at this resort but the reservation not being in my name. I can’t understand why they wouldn’t want to do more to have satisfied customers, but all I can do is warn others.
