Stayed here with family for a visit to Zion. The location, the staff, and the facilities are fantastic. The heated pool felt like swimming in a warm bath. Located alongside the river with amazing views, it's a short walk to the park and the restaurants in town. We especially liked ”Feel Love Coffee” across the street. The manager Zuriel is a great guy. We will be coming back.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. They personalized our stay with a private campfire and s’mores, upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite as Hilton members, and were very accommodating due to covid precautions - even delivering a wonderful breakfast to our suite. The free Hawaiian show, yes Hawaiian!, was very entertaining. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Being able to walk to the entrance of Zion National Park was a plus.

Stayed at the Cliffrose Springdale for two days while visiting the Zion National Park. The Cliffrose is a Hilton property and is conveniently located within walking distance to the park’s visitors center as well as restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Our lower level room was very nice and we had a wonderful view from our patio to include 7 or 8 deer roaming the property by the Virgin River. The Anthera restaurant is located on the property and the room service breakfasts were great. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I highly recommend staying at the Cliffrose if you are visiting the Zion National Park.

We stayed here for 3 nights for Zion NP on our road trip around Utah visiting all 5 National Parks. This was our fourth and final hotel we stayed in on our trip, and hands down our favorite. The grounds were beautiful. Deer were everywhere and the pools looked nice, although we didn't go swimming during our stay. Our room was very modern and nicely decorated and we loved the location. It was a short walk to the Zion Visitor Center and a couple of the trails and was also walkable to many restaurants and shops in town. Some of them are probably around a mile away, but you could always drive the short distance if needed. It worked better for us being a little closer to the park vs. a little closer to the shops/restaurants. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful too. We wanted to do laundry one of the days and went to the front desk to get some change. Upon realizing that they did not have any change, Zuriel immediately went to the bank and came to our room with the change we needed. He was super quick and we loved and appreciated this level of service! We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend this hotel!

The new 5 Petals Spa recently opened at the Cliffrose. I had 2 spa treatments including a facial by Katy and a full body massage by Ryan. Both were excellent! The Spa Lobby is amazing with outstanding views of Zion Canyon. It's very clean and top notch. I would highly recommend this Spa to anyone staying at the Cliffrose.
