Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very impressed with this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and the location was perfect for Zion activities or walking to dinner/lunch/breakfast. Great little coffee shop across the street that’s nice as well. The pool area was pretty empty and only enjoyed it one day. Wish we would have gotten more time by the pool as it’s so relaxing with the sounds of the waterfall and the view of the majestic formations. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re considering a stay in Springdale.

A Fantastic Pandemic Escape
I stayed in a cliff view room in August. The room had a view of the cliffs partially obstructed by one of the riverside buildings. While I was initially reserved about the motel style entrance to the room, this hotel way exceeded my expectations. The room was well equipped with a coffee maker and an (unstocked) mini-fridge. The bed and amenities were what I typically expect from a Hilton of this stature.
The restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, but room service was delivered as a replacement. My only suggestion would be to allow for breakfasts to be reserved via website the night before instead of needing to wait until the kitchen opened at 7am to place the order. The food however was good, fast, and hot.
If I’m back in the Springdale area, would without a doubt stay here again.

First time to Zion
This was our first trip to Zion. We had a river front room & the view was great. The resort is very clean, peaceful, and my husband & 4 year old daughter had the pool to themselves numerous occasions. The front desk was very knowledgeable of the area. The only problem we had was with our keys. Half the time the keyless entry on my phone didn’t work, all 3 days we had to get new keys made. The manager did save my husband & I at 5 am when I accidentally locked us out on the back patio with our 4 year old sleeping inside. One other strange thing happened. It was 110 degrees one day, and outside our room next to a trash can was a black garbage bag with a trap inside it. There was a poor, scared, over heated squirrel inside the bag. I understand they can be a nuisance, but yikes!!! It was simply just cruel!!! My husband & daughter who have hearts of gold gave the poor guy a second chance at life!!
We are planning a return next month & are considering staying next door at The Cable Lodge over that one incident. We were shocked to say the least.

We really enjoyed our room.. very clean, modern, Riverside view .. great stargazing (and deer sightings) at night from our balcony. Plus amazing morning views too. Very nice staff! Best part was Dash (General Manager) and the housekeeping team tracking down my son’s special stuffed animal/blanket he has had since birth! We left it in our room and they mailed it to us in CA right away!

Everything about our stay at the cliff rose was pure bliss! The property is beautiful and completely serene. I adore the staff, especially the concierge manager Arnold! He anticipates every guest’s need and delights the resort with his positive attitude. Cannot wait to return!
