Located along the Virgin River in Springdale, Utah, the Cliffrose Springdale Curio Collection by Hilton offers an exceptional blend of luxury accommodations and natural beauty, just steps away from Zion National Park's entrance. Location & Accessibility (5/5) The hotel's location is arguably its strongest asset, situated a mere half-mile from Zion National Park's entrance. The property's position along the Virgin River provides a serene backdrop, with rooms like 127 offering direct river and canyon views. The walkable distance to Springdale's restaurants and shops adds convenience without sacrificing tranquility. Accommodations (5/5) The rooms feature comfortable and well-appointed furnishings: - Two queen beds with premium, comfortable bedding - Private patios with mountain and river views - Modern bathrooms with upscale amenities - Mini-fridges and coffee makers - High-speed WiFi and smart TVs The private patios are a standout feature, offering guests their own personal outdoor space to enjoy the stunning surroundings. Grounds & Amenities (5/5) The property offers exceptional outdoor amenities: - Heated pool (86°F) open 7am-10pm - 24/7 accessible hot tub maintained at 99°F - Multiple fire pits along the river area - Direct river access - Well-maintained walking paths - Fitness center Dining (3.5/5) The on-site restaurant, Anthera, serves breakfast and dinner. While the food quality is good, prices are notably high, and guests might want to explore other dining options in Springdale for better value. Service (5/5) Staff members like George provide exceptional service, offering thorough orientations to hotel amenities and facilities upon check-in. Even during off-season periods when the hotel maintains steady occupancy (as noted in January 2025), the service remains attentive and professional. Value (4/5) While dining prices are high, the room rates during off-season provide better value, and the exceptional amenities and location justify the overall cost. The heated pool and hot tub access, along with the river views and fire pit areas, add significant value to the stay. Ideal For: - National Park enthusiasts seeking upscale accommodations - Couples looking for romantic settings (especially rooms with river views) - Winter travelers (thanks to heated pool and hot tub) - Nature lovers who appreciate direct river access - Families wanting space and outdoor amenities Areas for Improvement: - Restaurant pricing could be more moderate - Individual fire pits for each patio would enhance the experience - More competitive dining options on-site Overall Rating: 4.5/5 The Cliffrose Springdale successfully combines luxury with natural beauty, making it an ideal base for Zion National Park exploration in any season. The heated pool and hot tub make it particularly appealing for off-season visits, while the river-view rooms with private patios provide an immersive natural experience. Booking Tips: - Request river-view rooms like 127 for optimal views and direct river access - Consider off-season visits for better rates while still enjoying heated outdoor amenities - Book well in advance even for off-season stays, as the hotel maintains good occupancy - Plan for off-site dining options to manage costs - Take advantage of the 24/7 hot tub access for night-time relaxation

Cliffrose Hotel in Springdale is hands down the best place to stay in the area. From the exceptional service to the breathtaking views, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The heated pool and Jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring, and the room was both comfortable and inviting. The balcony was an absolute highlight — a must for enjoying the stunning surroundings. The restaurant also deserves a special mention, offering perfectly crafted meals that made each dining experience unforgettable. Thank you, Cliffrose, for making my stay so memorable. You truly nailed it! Aurelien

Great location, great staff. DJ, Carlos and Arnold stood out to me. They went above and beyond for us as we just got engaged. The lady that checked us in at 1230 night was nice but didn’t give us enough info for the WiFi and when I kept calling the front desk she didn’t answer. I called multiple times and even called the main customer service line for Hilton. I was pretty annoyed that I had to walk down at 130am to get it after driving for 12 hrs! There were some things that needed maintenance but DJ was kind enough to write them down on a piece of paper for upper management to deal with. Sometimes you need to let a hotel know what’s wrong so they can make it right. The parking is free which is a plus as most Hilton hotels charge you $15 or more for. The pool and gardens were nice. You get a view of the mountains. There’s also bbqs on the property which is a plus. They also offered us their shuttle with a driver to take us to dinner and dessert. I haven’t been impressed by any hotels (we travel a lot and sleep in different hotels) in the past year like the way this one impressed me.

We stayed at this hotel during our first experience of Zion National Park for three nights. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great because it is within walking distance of the park entrance. Our room had a nice balcony with a river and mountain view. The room quality was great and the staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.
