The staff at the front desk is exceptionally wonderful. They were genuinely excited for guests to experience Zion Park. Getting local restaurant, tips, and park advice from Kay felt like I was getting it from a family member! She was warm, welcoming, and anticipated our questions. The location was SUPERB. Gorgeous setting. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my family had a great experience at Driftwood Lodge. We arrived late at night and they stayed to welcome us and get us situated. The breakfast was delicious at Oscars where you can buy a breakfast coupon from the hotel for cheap. They were really nice at the check in desk and answered every question we had. The rooms were big and clean. We will definitely be returning.

Pleasant property with spacious rooms. Convenient mini frig and Keurig in room. Convenient location in Zion with shuttle stop literally out front. Easy access and parking. Decent pool area, available ice and laundry. Appreciated availability to check in early. Less than stellar personnel and customer service. Arrived at property and staff were arguing loudly in the room just behind the desk. Young man with glasses at the desk was consistently smug and off putting during our stay and shared poor information regarding park access. A couple young ladies behind the desk were polite and helpful when we needed pool towels. Housekeeping arrived late (1:50pm) after we'd been out much of the day in the park so we elected to defer service. Overall a good stay if you're not in need of much in the way of support or hospitality from staff.

What a refreshingly nice place to stay. Rooms were newly remodeled, very clean, and close to Zion's NP. Almost like a two-bedroom suite.with either a balcony or a patio outside your back door. The bed was good, and they offered a discount coupon for breakfast at a local restaurant that was just great. Would totally stay here again.

Had the worst experience ever in the Driftwood Lodge at 1515 Zion Park Blvd, Springdale, Utah. My husband and I feel awful and upset at how we were treated. No human beings should endure this threatening kind of treatment for simply communicating what was not serviced. We want to be clear we were not yelling at anyone but we were told we were rude to the manager when we commented that our room was not cleaned and 2 concerning issues in the room were not fixed - a loose toilet seat and slow water flowing through a calcified shower-head. We were also told we were disrespectful to them and the man threatened us that he would call the cops to escort us off their property and that they can rent our room out without a problem. We were blamed that if we had our belongings on the bed or a Do Not Disturb Sign on the door, then housekeeping would not clean our room, which we did neither. We were also told we gave them the wrong room number that was why the bathroom issues were not fixed. Will not recommend this place to anyone. You can get Plenty of views just as beautiful and if not better from other accommodations on the same road in Zion Park Blvd!
