I stayed here for a night and it was a decent stay. Located at Stop 7 for the Springdale shuttle, it is on the farther end of the Zion entrance. I was on the lower level room facing the street (which I liked) near the restaurant. The room was SO spacious and so was the bathroom. There's a microwave and small refrigerator in the room which is a nice touch. The back door leads to the patio and the huge back green area with a view of Zion behind you. It really is so picturesque.

CAUTION: they charged my resort balance TWICE... check your statements, I prepaid with expedia but they still charged me when i checked in, in person. Inexcusable. Views were great, AC is pretty loud, not fully blacked out, restaurant was really good.

Although a beautiful place, great location… beware of price they charge you! We were charged 3 different prices ! Ends up all prices were charged , causing an issue with our credit card. Called and left numerous messages asking for a call back to fix issue. Still waiting! Thank goodness we had other credit cards with us to continue our travels! Front desk staff was not very pleasant. Ice machine far from rooms in a building near pool. That was inconvenient. On ground restaurant food was delicious, staff very nice. ( bit pricey) also… when booking a room with a balcony, don’t assume you will get one! We had a ground floor room with side cement area facing the air condition units of next building, when I questioned front desk associate, she said the view from our window was her favorite. That we have to ask for top balcony at check in, even if you reserve one. All prices were the same. Their “resort fee” added for each night was ridiculous! Don’t think we stay there again.

Just returned from Zion and the Driftwood Lodge did not disappoint. BEAUTIFUL views, comfortable rooms and wonderful service. Kelly was exceptionally noticeable to us as she helped us with several requests and was always courteous, friendly and willing to help. The Lodge was located in front of a shuttle station and was very convenient to get to the park. Would love to return to the Lodge!!

We stayed 2 nights The Pros --the king room we had was large with a large deck and a lovely view, Shuttle picks up in front of the hotel. Check out at 11:00 but you can stay parked at the hotel until 5:00. You can pay $8 per person to get a voucher for breakfast at Oscar's in town which is a great deal. Cons-- there was no table or desk in the room just a small stand not efficient for looking up info on my computer or playing cards etc. the room was plenty large enough to accommodate a table or desk, the closet that houses the fridge and coffee maker has no light in it, a light would be helpful. If you have mobility issues request a ground floor as there are no elevators.
