We had a great stay! The front dest was so helpful in giving us a great rate and helping through out the stay! The pool was 24/7 which was nice to go enjoy when we got back to the hotel at night. We can’t wait to go back!

We just stayed here for 4 nights. It was an amazing and relaxing time. The cleanest hotel we have seen in years. The pool is heated above 85 degrees. The hot tub is approximately 100 degrees. The maintenance man comes every 4 hours to do a chemical analysis and makes sure everything is clean. The breakfast service is the best in Montana (particularly in a pandemic). No breakfast bag to go!!!! This hotel actually serves breakfast made with two hot items to choose and many other cold choices you can pick. The staff throughout makes every effort to make your stay a comfortable and positive experience. We will be back soon to enjoy this family friendly hotel. Thank you for making our stay a great one!!!

We stayed here when we were visiting Glacier National Park. Clean and comfortable rooms and an easy drive away from Kalispell restaurants and supermarkets. It has a large parking area with many entrances to the building. I would stay there again and recommend it. The hotel is about 45 mins away from the west entrance of Glacier. It felt a little far after driving that distance everyday for 4 days.

No enforcement of mask wearing

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. All of the staff were wearing masks. However not one staff person required any patron or even called to the patron's attention when a mask was not worn. On October 5, I observed a crowded meeting of 30-40 people in one of the conference rooms in crowded conditions and no one was wearing a mask. I called this to the attention of the front desk and they sort of shrugged. Larger organizations eg Costco will not permit entrance without a mask. This is a beach of health regulations create danger to patrons . They should be closed.

The grounds are very nice. Plentiful, well-lit parking. Used phone to check in and as our room key, so we did not interact with the front desk. Room was in decent shape. Not a modern Hampton, but more like an older property that may have had a minor renovation or two in the past. Plenty of TV channels to choose from. The main bugaboo was the horrible wi-fi speed. I clocked ours at 2 Mbps, which meant loading email took up to a minute. Hotels need to get over the notion that terrible internet speeds are acceptable in 2020. (Or that guests should accept paying extra for acceptable speeds.) It’s just one more reason why they’re losing out to other lodging options. I’m not looking to watch a 4K movie or play online video games. But I do think you ought to be able to easily check your email. I would also mention than *none* of the guests I saw were wearing masks in hallways, at the front desk, or in any other public areas. It’s the first time I’ve seen that level of indifference to the hotel mask rules at any property I’ve stayed at this summer. Not much the hotel can do without risking a confrontation, but still frustrating to see. Alright, rant over. The rest of the stay was fine. But mainly due to the internet issues, this wouldn’t be my first choice on a return trip to Kalispell.
