We had a great time in the West Yellowstone area. In the Hotel Hot tub heater was broken , internet was off and on all evening , TV didn't work , We called front desk they sent someone in and reset cable box and left, didn't fix it. In the morning the TV worked.

This place is an average place to stay. The staff is nice and helpful, but the AC was difficult to get right and the walls were so thin that an average speaking voice could be heard all the time through them. Also, they have strange small pillows, not normal size. We got used to them by the 3rd night, but I've never seen these types of pillows before. For the money, I think I'll shop around next time we go to West Yellowstone.

The hotel had re-opened the day we arrived so there was some construction and getting up to speed happening. The rooms were large and comfortable. The selling point is the location which is across the street from the west entrance of Yellowstone. The staff is extremely friendly.

I had a very pleasant stay here last fall. It was a longish walking distance to downtown, was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very nice. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Things could not have been better!

We arrived early evening for a 4 day stay. We were informed that we had been put on the 3rd floor and that the elevator had just "broken". Betty and Lance at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in getting us a (larger) room on the 2nd floor and getting all of our stuff up there. They made us feel like family and we enjoyed our stay at Yellowstone, we extended it for another day. Rooms were clean, no noise and we did appeciate the hearty breakfast buffet,
