Good place to stay near Yellowstone National Park
We stayed here on our way out of Yellowstone National Park. The location is convenient to restaurants and the National park. We walked to a taco truck for dinner. Our room was clean, decent sized. Beds were comfortable. We were able to get a rollaway bed, too, which was nice. We liked the EV charger in back of the hotel. We were able to charge our car overnight. We swam in the pool and hot tub. It was nice to relax there. We did not eat breakfast here, since we left early in the morning before available. The hotel is a bit dated and tired. Could use some refreshing. We liked the photos of Yellowstone on the walls. All in all, a decent place to stay, although a bit overpriced for what you get.

Great Service and Location
Hotel is the only "chain" hotel; many local hotel/motels, I see local as a disadvantage "if" one has a concern/complaint. Hotel has attached restaurant; is located at the end of shoppers row; evenings and nights were quiet; property was clean (inside and outside); air conditioning worked properly and was quiet; room was as requested and expected; only negative is the bathroom lighting ... only one pot light, therefore bathroom was a bit dark; shopping, exhibits and eateries are well within walking distance; Yellowstone West entrance is about 2-3 miles away; West Yellowstone Airport is 10 minute drive and hotel does have an airport shuttle. As an aside, although very small, the airport does offer rental cars... but book in advance, the inventory is small. Finally, the hotel staff were professionally friendly. I recommend this location.

Great place to stay
The hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with good large pillows. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The food there was very good and our barmaid and waiter were engaging and pleasant. The morning breakfast was delicious and by plentiful

Close to Everything
Our room wasn't ready when we went to check in so they gave us free bear spray and some drink tickets for the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating for our entire stay. Our room was perfect for the little amount of time we spent there since we were exploring West Yellowstone Park the whole time. The beds were very comfortable for 3 adults and two teenagers. The water stayed hot (and the shower was zero entry-exactly what Oma needed) with plenty of fresh towels. We strolled through town for shopping and Huckleberry ice cream after a delicious meal in the hotel's restaurant/bar where we played free air hockey and PacMan while we waited for dinner time. Our server was the best, very honest about the menu-delicious fish tacos and pork chops with the sauce we cannot find anywhere else. The local draft beers were on point! We spent one full day on rented UTVs and will always cherish this trip/stay.
The workout area is very small but the pool was wonderful.

Overpriced for the place. We are travelers and stay between Holiday Inn and Marriott. For the price we were surprised with this place. It is outdated. No towels in the room upon arrival. They did bring them once we asked. The staff was polite. The food was not good at the restaurant but our server was great.
