Two things that were great about this visit 1. It's close to Yellowstone and 2. Kelsi - the lady who tried her hardest to make our visit bearable, bless her. The rest was pretty awful and our room rate was super expensive - totally not worth $350 per night. They have 3 housekeepers, so you won't get any cleaning at all during your visit, only when you check out. We arrived to a dirty room, there was a large pretzel on the ground the entire time. The towels are tattered on the edges. The shower was broken (to be fair, someone fixed it for us the next day). The breakfast is just OK - your standard hotel breakfast (why does the fruit have to swim in a pool of water?) The ladies cleaning tables in the cafeteria were efficiently doing their job (another plus!) We planned to do our laundry since this was half way through our vacation and there was only 1 small dryer working, three were broken, which made for quite the backup as two other guests were also trying to get their laundry dry (we ended up hanging up most of it in our room). The door off the parking lot is duct taped open (no key pad) so you don't feel safe at all. The elevator floor is disgusting. I asked the manager (who doesn't know how to smile) if we could have our room rate adjusted due to the lack of services/expectations and she said we were getting the best rate and couldn't adjust it. If you can avoid this place, please do.

The best breakfast we had during our roadtrip in the US:). Kids enjoyed the pool. Great location for visiting Yellowstone NP. Very spacious room.

Conveniently located near west entrance of yellowstone national park and a grocery store. WiFi was poor for cellphone. Decent breakfast. Polite staff at front desk. Expensive. Plenty of parking. Microwave and mini refrigerator included.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. This hotel is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is the best you will find anywhere. Plenty of off street parking.

Awesome staff!

The hotel itself is a typical Days Inn but the staff is what makes it so special. The front desk and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to serve our family. My kids got sick and they took the best care of us, even buying 7up for my son to help out. I can't say enough good things about this staff. The pool is great and the waterslide was fun and fast.
