Fine but not fancy
Spartan room but safe and clean. We stayed here overnight before our snowmobile tour the next day, and the hotel was very close to the sign up space (2 minute drive). It's a nice spot for a cheap stay, but it's not a fancy stay like some hotels up the street. There was a nice pool with a slide on site that looked fun for families with kids, but we didn't use it.

Taking sanitation seriously-squeeky clean property
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The bed was comfortable. The fitness room was very clean and had all the equipment I needed. They even provided a grab-n-go breakfast burrito. Great stay! Highly recommended.

No reservation in busy tourist town
We planned a fun roadtrip with very few reservations so that we could have the freedom to stop where we wanted. West Yellowstone is an extremely busy tourist town at the entrance of Yellowstone NP. Days Inn was one of the more reasonable hotels with some availability. This is a no frills hotel, but the staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean and we got a great nights sleep. They packed our breakfast in bags as it was during Covid. It was a good start to the morning.

Great Location but Extra charge for coffee?
At a time of year when the summer season is winding down West Yellowstone was still pretty busy. This hotel did have some COVID requirements, but the staff was not great about adhering to them. Several front desk help did not wear their masks all the time while serving the public. They explained to us that room cleaning would not occur for guests staying three nights or fewer but on the last day we were there our room was cleaned and linens changed, not to my liking! The room was large and comfortable and had fridge, microwave and in room coffee maker, There was no coffee in the lobby and we were charged $1 for a cup of coffee if we wanted it with our breakfast. We did have bagged breakfasts included with the room, which were breakfast burritos and apple juice and a granola bar, not bad.

Don't waste money
Awful. Very rude worker at the front desk. Yes we had kids that were being loud. He could have just asked us to lower voices. Instead went on a loooong tirade about "being respectful"...don't treat your guests like they are children. Would have went over well with just a "be quiet please." Got hung up on when asking question about coffee.felt staff and other guests were being racist to me and my family. We had awesome experiences at the other yellowstone hotels/inns so I was surprised to have such a negative experience here. I've never even left a review for anything but felt this had to be said. Awful.
