The Hotel is in the center of West Yellowstone, it makes is easy to leave the car and walk to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, you are just minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone park.

Clean room, but breakfast and swimming were confusing.
We recently stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The rooms were clean, but the hallways and people up above us were noisy! Lots of kids in this hotel. Masks were required everywhere...except the pool. There seemed to be no restrictions on how many people could be in or around the pool at any given time and it was crowded! I’m not sure if the restaurant was open or closed. I thought it was closed, but reading other reviews it sounds like it might be open? I don’t know. We were given breakfast vouchers with pretty strict rules (make sure you don’t lose them or say they forgot to give them to you...I saw the front desk workers be very rude to someone who did just that. They told him it wasn’t their problem. ) When we went to get our breakfast I had to sign a piece of paper (really?) saying I had picked it up and we were handed paper bags with not even a smile or thank you. I asked about coffee and they said it was $1. I have never had a hotel give me breakfast, but make me pay for coffee! So odd! The breakfast was egg and cheese wrapped in a tortilla, unfortunately my family does not eat eggs. Nothing about breakfast was communicated at check in other than saying we had to have our punch card with us. It would have been nice to know what was or wasn’t being served so we could have planned accordingly. Our stay ended with the fire alarm going off at about 8am in the morning, luckily we were packing up at that moment and so we just checked out and left. Apparently, someone was smoking in the elevator. Interesting place.

Not worth it!
This was the worse hotel......way overpriced, and rude employees.....both at the front desk and restaurant. No one was accomadating and the hotel appears old and run down. Certainly not up to the Wyndham name. Very disappointed.

Worked for one night
Normal 2 star hotel that met expectations. Hot shower, clean room, comfy enough bed. Everything is a good location in West Yellowstone. I booked this hotel at the last minute after a long day hiking in Yellowstone. It worked. I'm not impressed, but I was not looking to be impressed. I would stay here again, but only if it were my best option. Price and availability.

Clean and Quiet - Great Stay!
This was my favorite hotel on our road trip to Yellowstone. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the customer service was excellent. They have a grab and go breakfast due to Covid-19. It consists of a breakfast burrito, granola bar and apple juice. It was much better than the grab and go breakfasts offered at other area hotels. They followed all Covid19 protocols we could observe, which we were pleased with. I highly recommend this hotel.
