Spent the night before going into Yellowstone NP. Walked into a freezing room. Turned on heater and then went to dinner. Came back to a warmer room but the heater kept blowing hot then cold. It ended up making my pizza I bought back cold. Then TV didn’t work. We were moved to a different room, then all was well. The morning desk clerk, Will was vey nice. The night desk clerk, April was snippy. She said she called for maintenance when I suggested she just give us another room. She did say sorry for all the inconvenience. But her attitude before was weird.

Talk about making a fella feel at home! I didn't I arrived with my dog to visit Yellowstone during the winter, not knowing I couldn't take him pretty much anywhere in the park and these people not only served me excellent food and drink with great conversation, but also hooked me up with a seat on a guided tour through the park, and Tama especially went above and beyond. She volunteered to check in on my dog, feed him, walk him and spent a great deal of time with him while I was out at the park. She definitely didn't have to do that, but did it with a smile. Don't pay attention to the poor reviews, these people are awesome and are half the reason I want to come back!
Food is great! Drink is great! People are great!

This hotel was OK. When I checked in the woman was pretty rude and curt. There were only a couple of cars in the parking lot so they weren't busy. We had a 3rd floor room and for some reason they put a couple under us. They had the TV turned up loudly until 1AM so it was hard to sleep. I thought it was very overpriced for what it was. Wouldn't recommend it. We stayed at much better hotels during our trip.

really nice hotel
I was apprehensive about the quality of the Ridgeline after reading some of the reviews, so was pleasantly surprised during our stay. We were there for 6 nights, in a mountain view room. While the room was somewhat dated, the amenities were quite good - comfortable/soft bed; good tv; good a/c; nice shower; good space on sink. The staff was helpful. I was happy that the hotel provides free self-serve laundry, including detergent. As has previously been stated, they don't provide breakfast since their restaurant is closed due to COVID, but they do provide grab bags. We had breakfast some mornings at the Yellowstone Grill but when we wanted to get going early, we bought breakfast fixings at the nearby grocery store & had breakfast in our room, thanks to the microwave & coffee maker.

Had a room overlooking the river
Great room one looking the river, although big gap in the room door could see light through. Staff were friendly. You had to book a time in the pool for social distancing. Breakfast bags were ok. Saw Elk walking around the property in the AM and PM. Would def stay here again
