Amount was $207, online rate was $162 but we had no access from vehicle. Arrived to find many people waiting in parking lot. Note on door that power was out, no one could enter, door locked. Eventually gal came to door, cracked it open and said we could not enter. When we asked were told 2-3 hours and this was already 5:45 pm. Told her we couldn't wait and needed a cancellation. She took our name and said she would do that. The very least she could have done was tell everyone else waiting in lot. Could tell they only found out when we told them as we walked back to our car to leave. Also looking at the outside of this motel, and knowing the area, it is old and looks like it has no elevator.

Published Date: Jun, 1, 2025 Travel Date: Jun, 1, 2025 Rating: 4 We stayed two nights at Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites in late May. The Best Western is about one hour from Cliff Palace of Mesa Verde National Park. The room was average. The breakfast was good. The parking was easy. The room rate was good.

Stay at own risk.

All around bad experience not worth the money

Published Date: May, 11, 2025 Travel Date: May, 1, 2025 Rating: 2 I had stayed here several years ago and had a good stay. This was awful. The hotel is rundown and looks shabby. Towels were actually threadbare and thin. First room had no heat (40 degrees outside and rainy). Staff took over forty minutes to respond and left to fix it. Didn’t happen. After one hour another staffer said new management did something so thermostat showed 80 degrees but actual room temperature was below 70 to save money! She also said not all rooms were like this. I lugged my stuff down outside stairs then updates to upgraded suite, where WiFi did not work. Bed was fine but shower head had stream of very hot water together with normal temperature spray. Same threadbare towels that in some spots you cud see through!
Breakfast buffet was not worth eating.
Horrible experience I would recommend against.

Good one nighter

Room was remodelled clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly at check in.
Breakfast room was good size with all the usual items. There was no staff on duty so it was a little messy.
