Feces in the clean towels!!! Let me repeat, FECES IN THE CLEAN TOWELS!!! My husband pulled a clean towel off the towel rack to dry off and it contained feces. Of course he dried half his body before we noticed it. When we talked to the front end manager, Roy or Rob, he couldn’t be bothered. Was completely dismissive. I still haven’t been helped properly. So much for all that extra cleaning they promised during this pandemic. He was making personal calls at the time so we of course were not important enough to be helped.

We have been travelling hard for over a week. I know that I can always depend on Best Westerns for a great nights sleep. The Best Western Desert Inn is no exception. Clean, Comfortable beds, a hot shower, Breakfast is problematic, but the innovative approach by this property shows how important it is to be innovative. Thanks!

Forgive my rant. Planned this trip for a year, always stay at BW's so we booked this hotel plus two other BW'S along our route. The Abby in St George was outstanding and Pocatello Inn was fine but when we viewed the room that was costing $2200.00 for the week at this hotel we were beyond disappointed. The term we used to describe it was "sad", dark, dreary, undecorated with a view of the backside of adjoining buildings. It would have been fine for an overnight stay or possibly at half the rate but our longstanding history with the BW chain has spoiled us as to what to expect. We checked out and then into a beautiful room in the Clubhouse Inn at a rate $600.00 lower. Even though the BW manager knew we were disappointed in his lower quality/ higher priced room he refused to negotiate a reasonable penalty for our cancellation and not only charged us for the room but also TAXES on the room we didn't accept. As a business owner, I've never accepted payment from an unsatisfied customer. I hope the manager enjoys his $363.87 penalty, he lost much more in good will.

Always love our stays here

This is our go-to hotel when visiting Yellowstone and it never disappoints. Hotel is always clean and the staff is outstanding. Couldn’t be friendlier. We don’t eat the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Our son loves the pool. Looks like it has been recently renovated too. This hotel is located a block from anything you could possibly want. We have never drove anywhere in town! It’s so easy to walk everywhere.
