My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone. This hotel was amazing! Friendly, accommodating, clean, convenient! We were within short walking distance to everything in town. Yellowstone entrance just around the corner. The pool/hot tub area was wonderful as well…clean, spacious, inviting! A bonus there was additional seating just outside of the pool area with a full view of the entire pool area for parents/family to socialize while (older) kids were swimming. Another bonus, pleasant outside seating area to enjoy a drink in the evening in the evening. Did I mention the breakfast was wonderful? So many more options than the typical hotel hot breakfast…one of the best I’ve had! Just can’t say enough great things about this hotel!!

Really nice hotel in center of West Yellowstone. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Wonderful front desk staff, they were professional, thoughtful and really helped us during our stay. Top notch breakfast selections, lots of choices. Will definitely stay there again when in West Yellowstone.

Everything went well and Blake at front desk was very communicative and helpful. We were close to other businesses in the area and driving was close to Yellowstone Park to beat the crowd.

Don't be deceived by the exterior which looks like a posh motel. It's easy to lose this hotel's entrance coz Google Maps always takes you through the back alley for some weird reason. But once you step inside, it's really good with every amenity you can ask for. The price might be a bit steep compared to others but considering it's Yellowstone, you have to live with it.

This hotel is remarkably located right outside the West Yellowstone National Park Entrance. It is your typical Best Western. It is clean and the rooms are a nice size. When we arrived the wi-fi in our room didn't work. we called down to the front desk and were told that someone could fix it tomorrow. Unfortunately, that response did not work for us, as we needed access to wi-fi immediately for work. Desiree, from the front office, came to our rescue. She solved our problem with a can-do attitude. For the rest of our stay, she continued to be remarkably helpful!
