Excellent Option in West Yellowstone

Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our king room was absolutely spacious with sofa and coffee table plus another occasional chair. The sink was outside the toilet/shower which is a plus feature for us. The room was well lit. Housekeeping staff was stellar and right on top of everything refreshing our room daily.
The morning breakfast was pretty typical. One unique feature that we appreciated was the yogurt dispenser - much like the juice dispenser but for yogurt.
The parking area is a bit rough. The entrance is well covered.

It's located about one mile from the west entrance of Yellowstone Nat'l Park. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a good size and there is a separate hot tub. The included breakfast was delicious and there were many options (cereal, waffles, meats, juices, toast, muffins, etc.) The staff was pleasant and friendly.

In addition, I found the location a few blocks from the visitors center, West entrance to Yellowstone Park, Bear and Wolf Wildlife Park, Souvenir Stores, and eateries.

This hotel is poor, the staff unfriendly and the morning breakfast was awful! The walls and floors do not have insulation, so you can hear every noise, and the pillows have no comfort. Wow! I was happy to check out. The scary thing is that this is rated as one of the best hotels in town!
