This is just a run down property, and too bad, such a nice area. Can tell the ownership group is horribly downright cheap, probably sleazy too. Rooms not nice, breakfast nasty, parking lot unsafe. Highly recommend staying elsewhere. Just nasty.

We spent three nights while exploring the area. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and there were lots of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area that is very fun with shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered hot and cold options and was very good!

This hotel is an excellent option for those planning a Whitefish Mountain ski trip. The SNOW Bus runs from 7am - 10pm every day and stops right outside the hotel on Baker Ave. Wear all of your gear, walk 50' to the bus stop, get off the bus at the Base Lodge, walk 100' to the stairs, stop at Level 2 to get your lift tickets, walk another 50' up to the lift; easy for all ages. The RML front desk accommodates AMTRAK travelers with pickup/drop-off at the Whitefish train station. For those coming from the east and assuming on-time schedules, the train arrives about 10pm and leaves on departure day at about 7:15am. For those coming from the west, reverse the times above. Point is, BW RML and Whitefish cater to the skiing community; take advantage of this and have a relaxing and enjoyable ski vacation!

this property was more interested in money than the comfort of their guests. We were left stranded after asking for a driver to take us and then no one came back to pick us up and the front desk person said it was not their job to make sure about these things. very rude and hateful to us.

We selected this property on a trip to Glacier National Park and glad we did. Jamie, who was desk clerk when we checked in, was outstanding. Very naturally friendly and so graciously helpful in giving dining suggestions and things to do. Breakfast was outstanding in every way. Room was spotless as well as common areas. So the glad we chose to stay here.
