Very comfortable rooms. Good value. Great breakfast included. This hotel is centrally located so very handy to shops, bars & restaurants etc. If we were to return to Moab, we would definitely book this accommodation again. The receptionist we booked/checked in with was very friendly and helpful.

They only get a 3 star from me and it probably should be a two 2 star review. The room was cleaned or sprayed with a very strong perfume fragrance, it was very unpleasant. If you are sensitive to fragrances, do not stay here. As far as overall cleanliness, I suppose it is okay, but they need to pay attention to the bathroom grout, especially at the door and along the tub. You can see that time was taken to update the room, but the laminate floor is not level. The free breakfast was subpar. We arrived around 8:30 to eat, a gentleman was there to assist if needed. Most of the brown sugar for the oatmeal was gone with no offer to bring more out. The powdered scrambled eggs, which I will not eat were less than impressive according to my husband. The coffee was so strong my husband advised me that no amount of sugar or cream would make it drinkable. And I have to have coffee with cream and Splenda, no Splenda available. The bread for toast was good but awful jelly! We complained about the room smell and they were unable to give us another king room for the night. Moving rooms to have the same stink doesn’t help. The amount of time spent changing rooms, I would have preferred to change hotels. But instead brewed coffee in the room and slept with the window open. Personally I would have changed hotels, but when you’re married you learn that sometimes it’s easier to get along. My allergies hate me!!

This was a stretch as a BW Plus. It is an older motel with updated rooms. Being a 2story you hear other tenants walking above.. tho, unless it's a wild party that usually is not a problem for us. It is centrally located in downtown Moab so we walked to favorites Moab Diner and Deweys. The refrigerators should be upgraded to include freezers when the parks usually require some distance hiking in a very hot climate. We could not freeze our water packs each night. Breakfast the typical BW full breakfast meaning nothing special. We did utilize in-house breakfast each morning to keep our budget in-line since room $200+ the highest we paid anywhere on a 30 day national parks drive vacation. It was not a terrible experience at all but next time we will research other options. We absolutely do not need to stay downtown and there are many other options if you plan in advance.

Absolutely loved this motel! Monique at the front desk was amazing!! Super helpful and always smiling and just a great person!! Room was nice, cold AC and comfortable beds.. slept like a rock every night we were there! The pool was a great addition too.. tucked away from the road and the hot tub was great! Lovely stay.. 10/10 recommend!

I love the waterfall at the check in area. Our room was clean and everything in working order with fridge and microwave as well as in room coffee. We used the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities and again, everything was in clean and working order. We enjoyed eggs, sausage, cereals or oatmeal, yogurt/fruit for breakfast. The staff are flexible and professional. I've stayed here before and will stay here again. Easy parking and just a bit off the chaos of the downtown area, but in easy walking distance. And with 2 nice eateries nearby we could have avoided driving anywhere.
