They even have freshly baked cookies in the lobby!! Loved the views and great areas out back to sit with friends. Did not visit the pool but it looked very inviting!!

soaring to 5 star with fresh scented shower curtains and liners

It moved to a 5 star review when the shower curtain and liner smelled fresh with not one hint of mildew. The keurig and real creamers were such an important bonus. The staff were very nice the the rooms were soo clean and tidy. Attention to detail was very good. Our luggage got put in the wrong room but the off site supervisor got on the phone with me and made sure to reassure me that all was well.

NOT pet friendly

They allow pets to stay, but you can not leave them in your room. (I was traveling from GA, and not once was this a policy in any hotels, so it's not standard)
Do you want to go out to dinner? Nope! The pets will be left alone, and that's not allowed. LARGE fee applied if you do. Wasn't notified of this until the day of my reservations, so I couldn't cancel without another LARGE fee. Tried to find the policy on their website and couldn't locate it, but apparently, according to the front desk, "its very obvious." (Picture included of their pet policy which doesn't state it) My 14 year old cat is not going to cause a problem. I was told that exceptions are made sometimes by the clerk, but the manager didn't approve this time, so now our Zion trip is being spent sitting in a hotel room. This hotel ABSOLUTELY ruined our whole trip. They had no empathy for the situation!!!
Probably 90% of the people that are staying here are staying to go to hike zion; it's literally in the name of the hotel. Zion does not allow pets on their trails. So how????? are you a pet friendly Zion hotel, but you can not leave them there to go to zion?!??!!

Terrible room noise.

Decent enough hotel but it’s one of those places where if you are on the ground floor and the person above decides to move the furniture around at midnight, walk around in circles and generally behave badly - you hear it all as if they are in the room with you. Given the price to stay in this place and the fact other hotels try and solve this problem you stay on the ground floor at this hotel at your own risk. Wish I’d gone back to the Desert Pearl.

Just do it :)

The pool view is just amazing as was the view from our room. The facilities are clean and reception is super helpful. It was a quick walk to things. VERY nice area. Pleasant people everywhere. I told my husband want to retire here.
