Stayed here during Covid restrictions. The facility was clean and the regulations in place for the breakfast was pleasing. The grab and go feature was worth it since we had shuttle tickets for early am. The staff was wearing face masks and so were some of the people. The views at sunset of the watchman was worth the price of admission.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express in Springdale, UT, while visiting Zion National Park. Springdale, and the hotel are located just outside the park entrance. We arrived with a large tour group and our bags were delivered to our rooms in short order. I was thoroughly taken by surprise by the incredible scenery this hotel is set in; there are rock cliffs as a backdrop, as well as across the street, providing a setting one will not soon forget. Our room was on the front side of the hotel, and was a large spacious, spotless one that was well appointed with plenty of desk space for a laptop and charging multiple devices. A large refrigerator provided needed space for snacks and drinks we had brought with us. The bathroom was very clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. There is an area near the front desk that houses an area for snacks and beverages for sale. Near the front lobby is the dining area for the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety of cereal, bread for toast, butter, jelly/jam, juices, coffee, tea, waffle machines, and bacon or sausage; plenty to fill up on to anyone’s taste. In back of the hotel is a fire pit that was very comforting to sit around at night, and a good size pool just beyond that. There is plenty of seating around the back terrace to hang out and enjoy the outstanding scenery. On the front side of the hotel is a Springdale Shuttle stop that runs through Springdale, although Springdale is easily walked for those able to do so. There are numerous places to eat and shops of all kinds throughout Springdale. The Springdale Shuttle runs to the park entrance where the Zion National Park Shuttle system can be transferred to. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at for the scenery and great service for our short stay. I wish we could have stayed longer, and would look forward to staying at this hotel on a return to Zion National Park.

Our stay was a little unusual . We stood towards the end of June right before the park opened up. The hotel didn’t offer room service or breakfast. Breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag with a breakfast corn dog a water bottle and a nitro grain bar. My in laws where staying at La Quinta and they received house keeping services and a little bit better of paper bag breakfast. When arriving the room was clean there is a little fridge and microwave in the room which was great. The views are amazing which is the main reason for the 4 stars . If we didn’t have a view for sure it would have been three stars.

Our first trip after quarantine, clean rooms, clean facility overall great experience. Friendly staff, easy parking. Only issue was the current breakfast situation, because of covid it was just a bag of treats. We understood this was the case so we didn't complain but was a let down non the less. We would stay there again, keep up the good work.

Absolutely the greatest staff @Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Springdale. We changed our plans from Bryce to Zion due to weather at the last minute. Stayed here in 2015 when we hiked the Narrows. Hotel was immaculate, bed comfy, breakfast varied and fresh. Love the huge lounging fire pit on the grounds,we met people from all over the world on the night of the full moon! The common corner balcony with rocking chairs was a great place for evening happy hour too. Easy on and off town shuttle to the park entrance, grab your backpack and go.
