I was violently ill the night before my departure, so I was not feeling well in the morning when I had to get on a tour bus. Beth at the Front Desk could not have been more helpful, providing me with various-sized plastic bags, a box of tissues and the offer of any other thing I thought I might need to make the day's journey easier for me. She is an excellent representative for your hotel.

Nice property but you're charged for parking, which I didn't find disclosed when making the rez. Also, pool was closed and also not noted. IHG app wouldn't accept paying with points. Room was nice with beautiful view and the grounds were very well kept.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic stay. 5☆ throughout. Lovely pool area and breakfast in the morning. Brilkiant little shopping area beside our hotek too. Brliant location just outside Zion National Park. We very much enjoyed ourselves. Thanks. Many thanks to the staff.

Springdale itself is a charming place, serving exclusively the needs to visitors to Zion NP. It was nice to see HI Express - a global chain - making an effort to fit in with the mood and aesthetic. The room was comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was functional, but started early, which gives guests a viable option of an early start in the park. It was buffet style, with some hot options. Everything, cutlery, cups, plates, was either paper or plastic. Including in the rooms. Chilled water and cookies were provided for guests in the lobby every afternoon. Staff were knowledgeable of the park and friendly. Our room had a nice view of the canyon to the rear. There was no noise disturbance at all.

We loved our 3 night stay here. The hotel staff was so friendly and nice! Every single person we encountered seemed genuinely happy to work there. The breakfast was great and the workers were so nice and helpful and seemed like they really took pride in their work. The pool was a good/average pool and hot tub. There is laundry facilities if you need those on your trip (self pay). The hotel is in a great location for Springdale and Zion NP. I would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn! *there are no elevators, so you may want to ask for a bottom floor room if this is a problem for you (only 2 floors)
