We loved our 3 night stay here. The hotel staff was so friendly and nice! Every single person we encountered seemed genuinely happy to work there. The breakfast was great and the workers were so nice and helpful and seemed like they really took pride in their work. The pool was a good/average pool and hot tub. There is laundry facilities if you need those on your trip (self pay). The hotel is in a great location for Springdale and Zion NP. I would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn! *there are no elevators, so you may want to ask for a bottom floor room if this is a problem for you (only 2 floors)

This hotel is excellent and our family of 6 had a great experience (me, my wife and our four kids, ages 14 to 7). The location is incredible and right in front of the Springdale shuttle. The pool has the most amazing scenery in the backdrop of any pool I've ever been in -- so beautiful and relaxing. We were given two rooms, one with two queen beds and a bathroom, the other with a king bed and a kitchen. This was a great setup. (Strangely, they removed one door but it was the door in the king bedroom/kitchen, which meant the door could be locked only from the side of the room with the two queens and bathroom). But the breakfasts were great -- eggs, sausage, great coffee, fruit, etc. Highly recommend this place for families.

We stayed here for two nights while we enjoyed Zion National Park. Assuming the property has been there for a while, it is in great shape. Well-maintained and beautiful with pretty landscaping. And a great location, just a short driving distance from the park with several restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean, fresh, and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I can’t talk much about the breakfast since we had to eat and run each morning to get a parking space at the park visitor center. Good selection of yogurt and muffins, though. The staff were very nice and competent. No complaints at all.

Nice Hotel, Fantastic Location if Touring Zion

We stayed for three nights while visiting Zion. As other posters have mentioned, the location is fantastic: walking distance to many restaurants, a trolly stop right out front and the Zion visitors center is actually walkable. Warning, the visitors center parking fills up quickly and the shuttles get very busy early as well. Regardless, staying here gives you several options. Parking is plentiful, the lobby is nice and check in was quick. The hotel has a really nice, welcoming feel to it, almost like a mountain lodge. High, cathedral ceilings, lots of wood finishes and rustic carpet and wallpaper. There are also several balconies you can enjoy in addition to the pool area which is really nice. The room was spacious and the vaulted high ceilings continued here. A/C worked well, everything else worked as well although the bathroom was small. Additionally, things are becoming dated. Our bed was a bit worn out as were the carpets. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay here, although we found it quite expensive, but it seems all hotels are these days.

This a lovely hotel near Zion national park with free shuttle bus transport to the park itself. Rooms were clean and the corridors always smelled lovely and fresh. Staff were lovely and always helpful. Outside were beautiful lawns and seating areas although the pool was being renovated when we were there but we were offered free facilities nearby. The hotel provided a buffet breakfast but there were no other meal/drink facilities and the three nearby eateries within walking distance were vastly expensive.
