Avoid this property! Our poor experience started with the check-in process. Zack acted like he was "being bothered" as we checked-in. As for the room, it was well-appointed and comfortable. In fact, we had a small issue with the TV. "Steve" the maintenance man was terrific in getting the issue fixed. Our poor rating mentioned above is tied exclusively to Zack. In the morning, we went down for Breakfast a full 50 minutes prior to the end of the Breakfast period. The food selections were ABSOLUTELY gutted! Zack, was again in charge of replenishing Breakfast items and it was pretty obvious that he was making VERY little effort in replenishing items that had been depleted. In other words, it was pretty obvious as the end of the Breakfast period came, he wanted VERY little to clean-up. 50 minutes prior to the end of Breakfast should be plenty of time left to have a normal selection available for Breakfast. Considering we spent over $300. for one night at this property, we were VERY disappointed with the service and poor attitude of Zack.

We stayed in a double queen room with our 2 kids for 3 nights. I liked the comfortable beds, soft linens, fluffy towels, and free breakfast. The breakfast is totally fine and no frills, with bread/bagels/waffles, tacquitos, cereal, the usual beverages, oatmeal, fruit, etc. I liked that coffee, fruit, and breakfast bars were available all day. The only downsides were the noisy A/C (no central air) and they didn't clean our room on the third day even though we had requested automatic cleaning everyday - it was weird, the maid only made 1 bed and gave us towels but didn't do anything else like empty the trash, make the other bed, clean the bathroom, etc. The location is unbeatable, literally just 5 minutes away from the West Yellowstone entrance.

We stayed here for a couple nights, while visiting Yellowstone. Got a room with a couple Queen beds - the only room available. This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean. Attentive staff. Incredibly comfortable beds. Nice bath. Great TV. Sufficient breakfast, with plenty of healthy options. Bottom line: a very good option, as a home base, while visiting the park. Needless to say, you probably won’t be spending a whole lot of time here. But, it’s a great place to collapse, after running around everywhere!

This hotel was pretty good. Room was nicely appointed, but small. We went as a family of five, so with the rollaway cot in the room, it was tight! Service was good - we received a text before our stay asking if we needed anything; we were able to request our rollaway bed via that text and it was in the room fully set up when we arrived. Breakfast was better than we expected - not a full breakfast with eggs and meat like you might find at a larger chain hotel, but more than just coffee and muffins which is what we had been expecting from the "limited continental breakfast" that was described. Room was clean and everything seemed pretty new. Location was good - very close to park entrance and an easy walk (5 minutes if you cut through some other hotel parking lots) to the restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, souvenir shops.

A fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Yellowstone! The hotel offers everything you could want: clean and comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast, tea and coffee all day, ice creams in the late afternoon, local advice and access to bikes, bear spray and other amenities. The location is less than a mile to the park entrance and there are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants for lunch and dinner, as well as shops for souvenirs and gas stations to fill up your car after a day in the park. It was our favourite hotel on our recent US trip round the Rockies.
