Great hotel BUT.....
This is a really nice hotel. Everything is brand new or redone. The suite was really nice and had everything we needed. Only problem with the room was what seemed like a thin ceiling. We could hear everything above us including their bathroom visits.
I try to be understanding during the COVID adjustment. But when we were checking in they didn’t mention that I had to request housekeeping. The next night when we got back and our room wasn’t clean I specifically asked for housekeeping and they put me on some list. The night after that our room still wasn’t cleaned. I think it’s a basic function of a hotel to provide housekeeping right and they didn’t. The pool was also really cold and the hot tub was lukewarm.
This hotel is only 40 minutes from Glacier National Park so it’s not a bad drive. BUT glacier park is huge so if you want to get anywhere from there add on a lot of extra time to the drive. Try and stay closer if you can.
Breakfast was just ok, they have some good options but it there wasn’t much to eat.

Great location with wonderful staff
This location is perfect with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Close proximity to Glacier National Park.
Thanks to Danni and Lauren at the Front Desk for taking care of my friends and I during our vacation.
Rooms are well appointed and spotless.
Breakfast is wonderful-love the warm cinnamon rolls.
The breakfast staff are always smiling and personable.
It was nice to relax in the hot tub and pool after a busy day.
Thanks again staff, I will be back when my travel take me back to this beautiful area.

Nice rooms, Horrible service
We are Spire members and have stayed at many HIE Hotels.. The rooms are comfortable as to be expected at a HIE property. The hotel staff (checkin staff) had attitudes each time we corresponded with them. We stayed 5 nights here and after the second night with no service at all to our rooms we asked about it, ( we had no more towels etc) Staff member at front desk informed us we needed to request service to our rooms or it wouldnt happen.. I requested and next day it was serviced. We had a great time in Kalispell however this is prob the worst HIE hotel that we have stayed in..

The hotel was clean and newer, the beds were very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and don't really have any complaints other than the parking up front isn't very convenient. We were definitely bummed that there were not any cinnamon rolls out for breakfast, we understand covid, but they had generic pastries.

Great amenities, pet friendly, noise troubles
Hotel's amenities were stellar. Loved the cleanliness, the shower and showerhead, the abundance of electrical outlets, the electrical charging and USB ports, the comfortable bed, the room darkening blind, the good temperature controls, and the night stands on both sides of the bed. I also appreciated the pet friendliness and the location that was very good for walking dogs. The hotel even provided mutt mitts to clean up after them. I was also impressed at the number of electrical outlets in the hotel's parking lot for plugging in vehicles during cold weather.
We cut our trip one night short when the people who had checked in above us made a large amount of noise. They also did quite a bit of yelling and tossing things up and down to/ from the balcony on the second floor in front of our outside entrance. We tried to convince them that this was wrong, but it just got worse, and eventually we reported them to the front desk. Front desk offered us a chance to change rooms, but we elected to check out. I've never had a problem like this at any hotel property before. While I believe that the hotel staff probably had very limited options on how to deal with this type of noise problem, we felt neither safe nor comfortable after the noise problem with the folks upstairs.
