Dirty rooms

My family booked 5 rooms at this hotel. When we checked into our room #123 the room had not been cleaned. Bathtub full of hair, sticky stuff all over table beside bed and where coffee maker was. Coffee maker filthy. Floor had not been swept or vacuumed. Sheets not changed. Front desk did switch me to a different room after much debate. This room was cleaner but coffee packs had already been used and sugar removed from them. Shower had mold on walls and shower knob broken. You have to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned. Never did remove our trash the 5 nights we were there. Very understaffed. Don’t stay here. We had cleaning issues with every room. One of my family members booked a suite and did not get into her room until 6:30 pm. We were there at 3pm. I’ve stayed at multiple Hilton hotels and have never experienced anything like this. We were very dissatisfied with this hotel.

No idea where to start.... short staffed, but said they were 70% capacity. I get changes made to food service due to COVID-19, sure. I even understand no staff wearing masks. I can even overlook things like coffee service packets, obviously opened by previous guests, irons not really put away. I don't understand hair floating through out the pool when the signs state it closed for cleaning every two hours. I don't understand waiting 12 hours for maintenance to confirm we have no hot water. Sure you may have it to the hotel, but room 307? no dice. Having to call half a dozen times before anyone would actually confirm, is frankly irritating. The worst though? People, I'm telling you, check the bedding..... ours had a little pile of black curly evidence. House keeping was kind enough to change the sheets.... when we asked. If they don't care about existing guests, I wonder if they'll care for this?

We traveled into town to do some skiing and this was a very nice option for under $100 a night. The restaurant potatoes were not that good, but the customer service was great. The property was very quiet.

Traveling on business. Even during hotel updates and covid the accommodations were great. Not all the services were available, but that was to be expected. There was no daily room service, but they'd deliver what you needed to your room. Hotel was clean, room was clean, very good experience.

Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Didn't use the fitness room, but it looked sufficient with some dumbells and fitness machines (e.g., treadmill). Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.
