We stayed 3 nights in the Garden Room which is on the corner of the building. We had a little porch off the front and a second porch on the side! The room was clean and spacious. We brought in dinner one evening and watched the Oscars in comfort at the large table in our room. There are lots of lovely touches everywhere from the room amenities and refrigerator to the fresh-squeezed orange juice in the morning and the popcorn machine in the guest lounge. Every guest we met was interesting and we had some very enjoyable conversations. Julie and Danny are a great team. They had so many helpful suggestions about local hikes and restaurants. We went to Lower Calf Creek Falls, Kodachrome St. Park, and Grosvenor Arch -- all great places to see.

This bed and breakfast is so clean, comfy and cozy. Julie and Dan were SO helpful with planning our days in the area and we saw so many things not in the guide books. Delicious breakfast, beautiful garden... Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed 4 nights in the Cowboy room. The beds were very comfortable providing a great night's sleep after some wonderful hiking. Breakfast started with fresh squeezed OJ and included fresh made bread and some really tasty egg dishes. The pancakes were wonderful as well. Dan and Julie made us feel at home and gave us some great tips on local hikes. The scenery in the Escalante area is awesome and there are very few people compared to Zion and Bryce. We did Peek a boo / Spooky slot canyons, the Cosmic Ashtray (thanks to a tip from Dan and Julie on where to park), Escalante River and Lower Calf Creek. All were really nice hikes. Check out the local state park with the petrified forest. The rainbow trail has many many large petrified trees. It was worth the hike. Escalante is a laid back small town with a couple of restaurants (nothing fancy) but fine after a day of hiking / exploring.

If you're stressed from travel this will be the cure. Relaxed setting, awesome breakfast and very welcoming. The scenery will do the rest. Most comfortable king bed ever! With only 4 units, you fell like the grounds are yours to enjoy, and of coarse, the sunset and drinks brought everyone out on the porches and under the shades. I wish we would have spent more than 2-nights.

We stayed here for the first time in September. This bed and breakfast was perfect. It was cozy and clean. So well taken care of. They have a beautiful garden you can walk around and eat from, the rooms were clean and the couple that lived there were friendly and very helpful. They had great information on a couple hikes we had planned that made our trip even better. They knew all the good tricks and places to go. The location of the bed and breakfast was great and in the center of the cutest little southern Utah town. Our stay here was wonderful and we have recommended to others time and time again. We will definitely be back!!
