Room was Nice, But Service Sucked
I checked in and the front desk people had no personality or customer service skills. We stayed in the hotel and as soon as we got in our room. We noticed that the bathroom sink faucet had toothpaste spit all over it from the last guest. The room was very nice, coffee maker, microwave, and a mini refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. They offered a brown bag breakfast but not until 7AM. Most guests had already left. This must be a way to save money or they are to lazy to hand them out early. A good staff would have got hotel a 5 star rating. I was torn between a 2 and a 3. Service matters!

RV Park booking and experience
Booked online and as we have slides on our trailer, opted for a 47 ft Back in site as the 30 foot site indicated "no slides". The 47 foot site turned out to be NOT in the campground , but (one of foun) in the hotel parking lot, next to the dumpsters and overlooking the propane tanks. They were unable to offer another location as they were fully booked on our arrival. These "parking lot" sites are numbered 1-4, the balance are in the actual campground which does have trees and a brief walkaround seems like it would be fine although tight, or limited spots for large RVs. The staff did come out to help get us parked. The staff pointed out the site has a "firepit" off the back edge of the pavement, but there is no real way to enjoy it as it is 8-12 inches of dropoff from pavement with steep sloping ground that would not accomodate chairs. Also of note, at checkin we were asked to sign a document agreeing "no refunds" for booked nights. We had booked two nights; had we realized we would be camping in a parking lot we would not have booked at all, but at 4PM bit the bullet rather than go find a dry camp spot.
The laundry is inadequate for a facility of this size. Two washers only with quite a few rooms and lots of campsites. Also, they did not provide a code or card to enter access the building (thru the pool), so a longish trip around and thru the lobby with your laundry.
ATVs were fairly constant and noisy; perhaps this is a bit better in the actual campground.
Location was decent.
Staff were nice enough, but not so knowledgeable about the ramifications of staying in the RV section vs the hotel (e.g. "oh you are in an RV? You didnt get an access card...just use the pool entrance (needs a code)).
Would not stay again without a phone call.

Part of our family camped here and part stayed in a hotel room. The hotel staff were not helpful and knowledgeable about activities in the area so dont expect that. The rooms were large and nicely finished. Due to covid there was not daily room service bit staff would get you anything you needed. Breakfast was still served bit brown bag grab and go style which worked just fine.
The campground was quiet and clean, restroom and showers were well maintained. There are only small skinny trees which at first was a disappointment but as we explored the area we realized many camping sights had no trees. There is no lake or outdoor pool nearby. The indoor pool looked very suspect and we did not bother. There is a grass (saggy net) VB court and 4 swings to far of a walk from the campground to be considered an amenity. Great sunset views from the edge of campground.
Located a nice short drive from west yellowstone which is a wonderful town to spend a day in.

We stayed two nights here and the cabins were very nice, clean, with a rustic decor. The cabin was oddly configured with 1 bedroom and a full bath on the lower level, a 1/2 bath on the main level, and the second bedroom on the upper level. If you don’t like stairs don’t stay in a cabin. Also be prepared with your own soap, shampoo, and Kleenex. Plenty of towels are provided. Breakfast is not included if you are in a cabin.
