Yes it is next to the Park but it is twenty minutes to the entrance. There is nothing in the local town. The hotel restaurant serves dinner only, no other meals. I looked in and it is not very Covid compliant. Why don't they put heaters outside on the deck. What got me upset is the hard time they gave when I simply wanted to place a take out order. I had to get a manager.Thee are no facilities. We stayed in a large two bedroom cabin because that was all that was available and it was very nice.Seemed clean. If I had it to do over I would stay in the Park or in Bryce Canyon City.

Best View in Town!
In looking for places to stay in or around Bryce Canyon I am glad I looked in Tropic and found Stone Canyon Inn. We stayed in the Tree House which was secluded and the view was fantastic. There is a great restaurant on the property and the food was exceptional. It was super easy to get to Bryce Canyon. Booking was easy and effortless and they were very accommodating with changes we made; check-in was a breeze. Had an absolute enjoyable, relaxing time. We would highly recommend Stone Canyon Inn.

My husband and I stayed here in August while we visited Bryce Canyon National Park. We wanted something a little nicer than the options outside the park. This location was great, not too far of a drive to the park. We enjoyed BBQing on the deck and the hot tub after a long day of hiking. It was a nice secluded cabin during these COVID times. The cabin was clean and very socially distanced.

Tree House get away
Excellent location for a visit to Bryce Canyon. Views into the park from the deck which overlooks a wash. Lots of wildlife, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Overall declared is very nice - we used the upstairs loft to store our suitcases, however kids would love it up there

This is a lovely, quiet, hidden away gem with a very good restaurant to boot. It is a short drive to nearby state parks and Bryce national park...really a good location and a lovely stay. The room was new, clean, comfortable, quiet, lovely everything. Very pleased!
