Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! The location is perfect, offering a spectacular view from our room that left us in awe. The pool is fantastic, and our kids enjoyed every minute of our time there. We visited in June for just one night, but my husband and I both agreed that the next time we visit Zion, we absolutely need to stay here longer. We checked out yesterday, and the kids were very sad to leave. The breakfast is excellent, with my kids especially loving the waffles and French toast. The pool area is beautifully set against the backdrop of the mountains, creating a serene and picturesque environment. We also loved the deck on the second floor, where our family enjoyed a pizza dinner one night while soaking in the stunning views. The hotel is very clean, with staff constantly ensuring every corner is spotless. The pool area staff, including Jessie (I believe that was his name) and another friendly gentleman, were very kind and even took the time to talk to us about the heating system, which fascinated my husband. This has become our favorite hotel in Springdale, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a memorable stay near Zion.

Natalie and Amy were outstanding. I had to change my reservation due to changes in our plans. Natalie helped with my reservations and made it easier to check out. Once I got my receipt I had a question and Amy quickly assisted and corrected the problem. We need more folks like them at a front desk 😊

Stayed here for three nights when visiting Zion National Park. Clean, modern rooms - an as expected Hampton Inn experience. You do have to pay for parking per vehicle, but when you see the dynamics of the area it becomes clear as to why. I believe it was a modest fee of $10/day - feel free to verify with the hotel. If you are looking for good family lodging near the park that won't break the budget I believe this would work for you. There is a an Italian restaurant right across the parking lot and other dining options within walking distance or a very short drive. As an added bonus the view from the hotel is pretty killer!

What a lovely hotel! We stayed for two nights while exploring Zion. Hot breakfast was good and they had plenty of fruits to take with you the morning of your hike. The pool area is very nice but they could use more seating. It’s in a great location! Close to everything! Our room was even ready early!! No complaints here! Would for sure stay again!

Everything was perfect! Room was clean, close to Zion National Park and we enjoyed the tea and hot breakfast each morning! The staff were helpful and very nice, Natalie was very sweet. If you love italian food....highly recommend Dulivia Ristorante Italiano which is right across the street!
