We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet and location was perfect for our stay. I can not tell you how wonderful it was to be able to walk to nearby restaurants after a long day in the car or hop on the Springdale shuttle. Relaxing at the pool backdropped with cliffs of Zion was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even put a birthday sign and balloons in our room for my husband’s birthday. The gym is open 24 hours a day if you need to get an extra workout in. Breakfast and snacks hit the spot before heading into Zion. Breakfast opened at 6 am which was perfect for us early birds.

A lovely property just minutes from the park entrance. The rooms were nice, clean & quiet. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast buffet was really good, better than the normal we’ve had the past 3 weeks while traveling. They also provide some ‘to-go’ snacks for your day in the park. Denise at the front desk was super friendly at check in - she was training Roxanna who also was very friendly. Both of them answered all questions like I was the only person in the lobby, which I wasn’t. We enjoyed the pool after 2 hikes on our 2nd day. The water was actually quite refreshing in spite of how hot it was every afternoon…98+. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s a bit pricey but so comfortable and convenient.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The hotel is backed by the beautiful cliffs of Zion National Park. The staff was exemplary. Each person was friendly, helpful and on top of their game. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The decor is beautiful. And everywhere we turned, we saw those extras that make a stay even better - special snacks for hikers, cookies and fruit for guests, even extra sitting areas to relax. The Springdale shuttle buses also stop at the hotel, so getting around is very convenient. This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We highly recommend it!

One of the best experiences I have had staying at a hotel. Denise Wood was Incredible. From the time we stepped in the Hampton in Springdale she made sure we had everything we needed, shared with us things to do, places to eat and made sure we had what we needed. While helping us she was also training a new staff person. We needed some help and took care of it herself. I am from SC and it was one of our best experiences in a hotel.

I rate this Hampton Inn & Suites in Springdale/Zion National Park as the #1 place we stayed on our six-day roadtrip. We visited Bryce Canyon before arriving at this hotel. Amy, sent me a text saying our room was ready and could use the digital key when we arrived. It was late when we got there; had to drive the scenic route through Zion National Park (it was dark) which took a while; Amy kept in contact to see if we had any questions and to have safe travels. In her text, she thanked us for being Hilton Diamond members (2nd person that acknowledged us being Diamond members out of the six places we stopped). When we finally arrived, Amy thanked us again and said that our ‘goody bag’ was in our room. First time that has happened. And there was a ‘welcome’ poster in our room signed by everyone at the Hampton. It’s things like this that makes you feel special. Thanks, Amy! And the next morning, we were quite surprised when we looked out the window and saw the beautiful scenery. I hated to leave but will definitely be back when we are in the area.
