I was just denied the queen sized room I booked because I have a service dog. Instead, they put us in a double room that is pet friendly. ADA law states it is illegal to force someone with a service dog into a pet friendly room. This is like denying someone with a wheelchair access to their room. From ADA.gov, FAQ: Q11. Can hotels assign designated rooms for guests with service animals, out of consideration for other guests? A. No. A guest with a disability who uses a service animal must be provided the same opportunity to reserve any available room at the hotel as other guests without disabilities. They may not be restricted to “pet-friendly” rooms.

Could stay there again.

The rooms were basic hotel rooms but clean. The outside of the place needs a little sprucing up, the western theme is really cute, but you can tell the outside has been a little neglected. The breakfast was good, a typical Quality Inn breakfast.

A hotel well passed its sell-by-date - We do not recommend you stay there.

Worn out buildings and surroundings. Floors creaking every step you took. Plumbing very loud from neighboring rooms bathrooms both toilet and tubs. Disturbing when neighbors run their water late in evening. Internet not working properly. Breakfast items were not replaced until after guest asked for them, i.e. coffee, yoghurt, milk, sausages. And second day orange juice was not available. The attendant should attend to the buffet automatically as they do at other QUALITY hotels. This was the only Choice located, near Bryce Canyon National Park offering breakfast, but we should perhaps have chosen a hotel from another chain this time.

Stay two nights 3 days apart. Learned the first night they put me in a room out front facing the highway. Being a light sleeper I did hear a few cars that night. When I came back three days later I requested a room not facing the highway. They were very accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but adequate. GREAT place to stay if you are going to Bryce NP.

Yikes! Older style hotel that you park in front of your hotel room. A mountain view was offered when we booked our reservation. You're actually just looking at a hill across the road. That was okay because you see a lot of mountains on your way to get there. There was no pool and the breakfast was upstairs at the restaurant/bar next door. Our room was adequate. Clean, comfy and everything worked.
