I needed to cancel this booking 11 months out and they wouldn’t even consider a partial refund. They immediately took the funds from my account (even though I should have been charged on arrival) I know it was non-refundable so it was my error. Just be sure your plans don’t change because if you try cancelling even 3 hours after booking and 11 months before the stay your money is gone. I consider this to be mean spirited.

Super cute cabins - spacious and clean. We arrived early but they were still able to check us in as our room was ready. Had a comfy king bed and amazing view. Very close to Bryce Canyon with restaurants and gas stations close by. Mossy Cave Trail, one of the Bryce Canyon trails, is very close and a nice little hike. Enjoyed our stay here.

The cabins themselves were fine. They were clean and tidy. However, this place has a terrible process for late check-in. We required a late check-in for a cabin that we had fully paid for months earlier. Per their policy they require prior notification and a $25 dollar fee to arrange a late check-in. Upon notification that we would be checking in late I spoke to a lady and gave them my credit card number (which I repeated 3 x) so that the key could be left for us upon arrival. When we did arrive ( around 1 am) there was no key, and no staff to speak to. After ringing the bell for about 15 mins, someone finally answered via the video doorbell. It was explained that the person who I spoke with earlier wrote my credit card information down wrong and they couldn't charge the $25 late check in fee, so they decided that the best thing to do was to just lock us out, despite having already paid for the cabins in full. They had tried to contact us by phone to inform us but cell reception is spotty in this area and we didn't get the call, they also didn't try to email as a backup even though they had been emailing me throughout the week about the upcoming stay. To their credit the lady arrived on site within 15 mins to give us the key which was appreciated, but this is still fairly ridiculous to put your customers through, again, and I cannot stress this enough...we had already fully paid. We very nearly drove away looking for a new place to stay. Not at all impressed with this place.

I was very impressed with this place. We did cabin 10, which had a king bed. The cabin was very clean and spacious. I was worried about road noise given it is right along the highway but I slept soundly (though occasionally headlights came in through the blinds; there needs to be a heavier curtain on the road-facing windows). Nice kitchen and dining space. Back patio with nice views. About 15 min to Bryce, and closer to the Mossy Cave trail which was lovely at golden hour. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice cabin, but lacking in hospitality.

The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. It had a good heater. Our kitchen had a microwave but no oven. Our biggest complaint was that there was no one to greet us when we arrived. We had to look back at the original reservation to find out a phone number to contact anyone. Even then we could only leave a message. We didn’t feel welcomed. Also the email verifying my reservation gave the Impression that it was in the national park system, which it wasn’t.
