Nice cabin, but lacking in hospitality.

The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. It had a good heater. Our kitchen had a microwave but no oven. Our biggest complaint was that there was no one to greet us when we arrived. We had to look back at the original reservation to find out a phone number to contact anyone. Even then we could only leave a message. We didn’t feel welcomed. Also the email verifying my reservation gave the Impression that it was in the national park system, which it wasn’t.

We stayed in a king cabin with a kitchen. It was so clean and everything was so nice. We love having a little kitchen, coffee pot and a table. We found that we love having our car parked right outside our cabin. The views were amazing. I watched the sunrise right out of our back sliding doors. The bed was comfortable and the area is quiet.

This is a very cute place, really charming and mostly great. There were a couple things that make it tough to make a resounding endorsement. I understand this is off season but there was nobody in the office during the posted hours that I saw. Although the provided soap, shampoo etc. were quite nice the one tiny coffee packet made one cup in a room booked for three people for two nights. Also, whereas the spreads and decorative pillow shams were cute and enhanced the ambiance of the room, the actual sheets were beginning to pill and the pillows were mostly flat. I would have liked to really love this place but the few details that could have easily been addressed made it less than it could have been.

It with a little pause that I write this review because I don't want this "gem" of a place to get too popular. We absolutly can not say enough good things about this place. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was more than excellent. The place is clean, nice, new. cofortable, quiet, spacious, affordable and attentive to every detail. Why stay at any other place when visiting Bryce Canyon! We will be back.

BEAUTIFUL!! Our room was plenty big. Microwave, refrigerator, beds comfortable, bathroom on smaller side but clean, and cabins are close enough to Bryce Park but out of congestion of 'Bryce Canyon downtown'. We had nice choice of restaurants, grocery store close by and we did NOT notice any highway noises even though the road was close.
