Quiet and out of the way

Our room had everything you may need. There was a searing area and den area. The deck overlooked the Colorado River. You could almost touch the river. It was beautiful to go out in the mornin* or evening and look out at the river and red cliffs. However, if you wanted to be near the town of Moab this may not be for you. It is located 15 miles down a winding road that follows the river we liked the peace and quiet. They had a little movie and museum about the movies made in Moab which was interesting. The dining options were limited due to the secluded nature but I think overall the view and isolation were nice

Lodge was just as we expected from photos. Room #104 facing the Colorado River was very convenient to walk to pool or main building. Rooms were comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. Very nice laundry room even though we did not use it. Pool area nice to relax at. Food very good but a bit pricey. Make sure to stop for drinks, snacks and whatever food you would microwave before you check in to save a trip down the 14 mile road to get back to town.

Great property: fantastic river and cliff views, private patio and area appropriate rustic atmosphere. Good breakfasts at the restaurant. Friendly and courteous employees. Visited because the Ford Bronco Off Rodeo was on property. We had no issues.

The location could not have been better and the back drop is the beautiful Moab canyon walls and the Colorado River. Price is on the high side for the area but service was great and given the quickness of our visit we were not able to take advantage of some of the resort amenities.

This was our first trip to Moab and RLC did not disappoint. The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional; the cabin was clean and very comfortable;and the resort and grounds are well maintained, situated in the perfect location with beautiful scenery in every direction. The on-site movie museum displaying memorabilia from movies filmed in the area is an added bonus.
