1st time we've stayed in a tent. Loved the uniqueness of the tent experience. Tent was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the quiet location of the facility. Was great that restaurant had option of opening doors for fresh air, but the # of flies were insane and unpleasant.

This was our first time "glamping" and I absolutely loved it! The views were specular. Very secluded. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, warm and helpful. Has a hike on property to Looking Glass Rock. The dipping pools were awesome! The night's sky didn't disappoint! Highly recommend!

We had a meaningful and memorable stay at ULUM Moab. The customer service was the best we’ve had in years and the property was beautiful and well-maintained.

We had an incredible 3 night stay at Ulum in early July. I was concerned after reading some of the reviews that the wind might keep us up, but we lucked out and the nights were quiet and very comfortable. The views and backdrop are stunning and pictures do not do it near justice. The service was impeccable and we loved the food, cocktails, live music, smores at night, trail mix in the morning, and the overall remoteness, as well as the views of Looking Glass Arch. The tent was completely comfortable for our family of four with the kids on the pull out sofa. The beds and pillows were also comfortable and the temperature drops at night, making it cool and cozy. Just to note, the units all have AC as well as wood burning stoves but we didn't have to use either during our stay. The wind did pick up a few times during the day and the canvas tents do whip and make noise, but it died down by evening time and nights were calm with a sea of stars for us and the kids to gaze at. While we were there, we enjoyed all three dipping pools and we even made it over and climbed Looking Glass Arch with Moab Canyon Tours. We hope to return some day and do it all over again.

Great resort. The tents do shake like crazy during the nightly wind. I’m not joking when I say “you most likely haven’t experienced noise like this” they give out earplugs during check in but that won’t prepare you. Staff was great, views are great, food was good but expensive to eat every meal there during our 4 night stay.
