We had a wonderful stay at the Pine Lodge! The staff, amenities, and lodging were all amazing. It was a great location for visiting Glacier and was also a close bike ride to town for food/shopping. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

A miserable experience, with no air conditioning, unbelievably rude staff, and surprise unexpected charges
This was a miserable experience. They surprise you on check-in by telling you that you are forced to pay an amenity fee for services that they supposedly provide, regardless whether they are used or not. I believe that is inappropriate when the room rate is supposed to be guaranteed at the advertised price. They also charged tax upon the amenity fee. Air conditioning was randomly and intermittently turned completely off, especially at night, making sleep impossible. When asked, an unbelievably rude person named Kierstan at the front desk told us "We have absolutely no responsibility to our guests to provide air conditioning." Upon declaring this, she promptly hung up on me, and according to management lied and accused me of calling her something very inappropriate. I am confused. This is a hospitality industry, isn't it? Aren't people who work in hotels supposed to be hospitable?

This is my first review on Trip Advisor. Our stay at The Pine Lodge Hotel was an amazing experience. The staff we really friendly. It exceeded our expectations and couldn’t have been happier. Offered breakfast early morning, there is a gym on site, laundry room, and game room with pool table. The little touches they had made a world of difference. I would definitely stay here again.
Great job, Pine Lodge!

So glad I chose this hotel
What a fabulous hotel! I was hoping to find a hotel that was a little less expensive but those options didn’t have great reviews so I went with this hotel that was pricier but had great reviews and I’m so glad I did! The room was clean and comfy, the pool/hot tub and view was great. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, etc. if they ran out of anything, just made a request to re-stock and that only took a couple of minutes. They have cookies and s’mores kits, popcorn and a games room. We used the kayaks and paddles down the river and that was beautiful. We used the bikes and went for a little cruise. Not the best quality bikes but we did see a doe and fawn and some ducks and that made the ride worthwhile. All of the staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend to stay here.

Family Adventurers Welcome
My family of 5 stayed here for our Montana/Glacier National Park adventure. We have 3 children. Ages: 11, 8, 6.
So PERFECT for our family! Complimentary kayaks for exploring the Whitefish River, or paddle boards, if you prefer! Complimentary bikes for a fun family ride.
Wonderful pool and hot tub(I needed it after those Glacier hikes). AND a family game room!!! My kids loved the pool table and board games. Did I mention real eggs served at breakfast?
Bring your little ones here. Comfy and full of adventure.
