Published Date: Sep, 8, 2024 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2024 Rating: 2 Visitor Beware..a beautiful exterior and friendly staff. Make sure your room is in an upgraded area if you want a quieter, functional and cleaner room. Front desk and shuttle staff were friendly. I arrived a day early for a week long guided trip in Glacier. My pre trip room was noisy, unclean, many things did not work and aged(first night). Upon check in, I realized my second night (same hotel booked with travel company and pre arranged to coordinate with first night) was not coordinated with my guided trip room. Unknown to me at the time, my second night was in the same noisy, unclean and aged room while my guided trip group stayed in upgraded, updated, clean and quiet rooms in another part of the hotel. Upon realizing this, on the third day, brought this to the attention of the hotel manager (Erica) who said it was my fault for not notifying the staff of the poor room quality. My trip guide (not a hotel employee) advocated for (what the travel company reserved)room for the third night. Hence, I experienced 2 completely different rooms! A huge difference. Had I stayed in this room at the beginning, I would have NEVER known what others may unknowingly experience. All this to say, the potential is there for a lovely experience - the lobby and outdoor seating along the golf course is really spectacular. I however will not return due to the poor management interaction and lack on transparency of guest room quality.

Lumpy and Musky

Rooms are spacious and large new tv in rooms but older property that needs a remodel. Great access to the Town and restaurants and golf courses.

However, our room was old with outdated furniture and the ancient A/C made sleeping difficult. The restaurant had good food, but again, the furniture has seen better days. The hot tub area was very pretty. Overall, way over-priced.
