Immediately after doing so, someone reached out via text to try to "understand what can be improved" and I was swayed to change my review after they agreed on hearing me out on what needs to change in exchange for a partial refund on my stay. I even spent the time to call customer service to go back into my original review and edit it. I texted back confirming I did so, and then was ghosted. It was a bait and switch swindle and now I feel so guilty on misleading others. If you want a nice glamping experience, go down the road to Under Canvas! I wish I stayed there based on my previous stays at other locations and I'm sure I would have been much happier.

This is supposed to be glamping, but in reality it's far from it. Honestly, it would have been fine if it were cheaper. At most $75 would be reasonable, but $200 per night is outrageous.
This photos are either misleading or at least not from this location. The showers are either scalding hot or freezing cold, and you have to hold a cord for the water to flow. The floors of the portapotties (not actual bathrooms, but portapotties) are filthy. My friend slipped while trying to go to the bathroom. There are only 6 toilets and 2 showers for the entire campsite. The floors of the tents are uneven and the lanterns didn't work.
Again the problem is not with the stay itself, but with what you get for the price. Clearly they are not using the tons of money they charge to upkeep the facilities.

Beyond disgusting, not worth the cost, DON'T STAY HERE

From check in to check out, this was a very unpleasant experience. The staff had our reservations confused and my friend and I had to stay on opposite sides of the tent area. The bathrooms are high up on this movable trailer that does not have any railings, which is super dangerous. A person with a disability definitely could not get in or out of the bathrooms. Speaking of the bathrooms, they were atrocious. Stunk, full of trash, sopping wet floors, ran out of toilet paper by morning, and NO TOWELS!!! In your tent, you cannot stand upright and the floor of the tent is directly over rocks and roots. I tripped once and had to wear shoes anytime I got up in there because the floor was so painful to try and walk on. Not worth $190 per night!!!!! Not even close!!!!! Try a different glamping experience if that is what you are looking for!

Not worth it - Bathroom was a joke.

The shower head requires you to hold the knob which requires you to shower one handed. At some point through the night. Several of the bathrooms ran out of water. There was trash in our tent and whoever was managing the camp never replied back through text after I let them know there was trash. The tent and bedding itself wasn't bad, but definitely not a $200/night experience. 100% wouldn't do this again. The bathroom is NOT AT ALL AS ADVERTISED.

No Glam at all

The ground in the tent is dirty. The bathroom and restrooms are really awful, disgusting.
We ordered diner and breakfast. It was a really bad idea. It’s very expensive and the breakfast was not served before 8 am. It’s pretty late if you plan to go early hiking…
