I was blown away by this place. It was so incredibly clean and comfortable. And what a great concept! The covered wagon was completely equipped and they even give you gifts! The outdoor kitchen and fire pit were totally worth the extra price. This place is an absolute gem and they are still building so I can only imagine how much more awesome it will get. I hope they build a pool! I hope to be able to come back some day!

Had a great experience staying at White Bison. The cliff dwelling was clean, spacious, and worth the cost. Unit included two beds, fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, cutlery, pots pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, bbq utensils, sponge, dish soap. Bathroom with large walk in shower. Plenty of towels. Up on the roof of your bungalow is a private hot tub, fire pit dining table, and huge gourmet gas bbq! Great view of mountains. Quiet, serene. Fully stocked supermarket only 3 miles away in La Verkin, to stock up. 14 miles from Springdale and the main park. FYI, the office offers free bags of ice. Besides the cliff dwelling individual bungalows (where we stayed), the resort also rents covered wagon style units and cone shape bungalows they call tee pees. The tee pee has bathroom, hot tub, and full outdoor kitchen. Wagons have bathroom, hot tub, and either a full outdoor kitchen or bbq — so you need to specify which you prefer. Staff is real friendly and helpful. No daily maid service unless you request it. Checking in/out is contactless; they send you your electronic door code, and a checkout code. We also checked out two other glamping resorts in the area, on Kolob Terrace Rd. Seemed crowded, and many of the canvas units did not have private bathrooms or kitchens. Definitely believe that White Bison was the best place to stay! We loved it and are looking forward to staying there again.

Refund Policy not Customer Friendly

We were really looking forward to staying here. Unfortunately a medical issue is impeding us from going right now. We would book again but their policy is not to refund you the entire down payment. Their refund policy needs reviewed especially when we are 40 days from our scheduled time.

So much potential - but bad experience for many reasons

This place has SO much potential. Accommodations on first glance were adorable and unique. We were very excited to make the most of our one night stay - family of 6 - got in a little later (8pm-ish) we had a stagecoach and the chief teepee (close to $500 for just the teepee, $309 for the stagecoach, so around $800 all in for one night). However, we found the pictured trash upstairs by the bed in the teepee, a wet spot on the king bed downstairs (I convinced my kids the complimentary bag must have been wet, but it sure looks like . . . something else). Then we were thinking we'd use the hot tub, but the cockroaches freaked us out a bit too much. From there, we just felt gross & dirty and wanted to get the night over with and move on. I did send messages to two different numbers right away (one is the big number on their website - 435-635-3004 and the other is the number that communicated check-in procedures - 435-414-6455). Neither one ever responded to my concerns (including the photos attached). It honestly seemed like maybe someone who was staying at a different spot was able to sneak in and do who knows what? I also emailed once we got home and never heard back from that correspondence either. Just very disappointing - from the garbage/dirty feeling, cockroaches to the blatant lack of responsiveness/communication. Again - great location - phenomenal idea and potential, but they need someone for customer service, cleaning, and pest control. I also posted a Google review. No response whatsoever.
