Accommodations were perfect for the 3 of us. Loved getting to see the bison. The grounds were nice and clean. So peaceful. Close to Zion. Loved sitting out at night with the fire pit making s’mores. We grilled. Will definitely be back!

We wanted to stay in Springdale to be at the park's gate, but couldn't justify the hotel prices there. This was only a 20 min drive to the park and honestly it is such a gorgeous drive I appreciated having it each morning. We stayed in the covered wagon. Really cool experience. It is a bit rustic (bugs will get in so be ok with that) and note that it can be noisy at night with the wind on the canvas. But such a unique experience and very comfortable. I could not get hot water in the shower (could in the bathroom sink), so can't go full five stars. But I would definitely stay again. They also had a little welcome gift, a backpack that we used quite a bit in the park. Keycode entry was very useful given we got in past midnight.

They seem to be building a lot of fun things for families. New pickleball courts, basketball, hiking and it is right on the virgin river.
It is close to Hurricane and a easy drive to Zion. Highly recommend

We ate dinner at Balcony One (just down the road) so we did not use the provided gas grill. As noted in other reviews, call ahead, if your rental does not include the full outdoor kitchen then you will need to buy paper plates and utensils prior to check in (grocery stores are nearby in La Verkin/
Hurricane) if you want to cook onsite.
After dinner at the nearby restaurant, our kids enjoyed Smores at the firepit adjacent to our covered wagon accommodations.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
We were very happy with our stay at Zion White Bison!

Published Date: Apr, 1, 2024 Travel Date: Mar, 1, 2024 Rating: 2 This place is super cute and fun although there are a few things you should pay particular attention to when booking. These are two things that are all in the fine print but might be easily overlooked:
We stayed in two different covered wagons. You have to be very careful during booking as most of the wagons do not have the mentioned jacuzzi or the kitchens. You do receive a bbq that has the bbg utensils - it does not come with any plates, cups, knives, forks etc. If you reservation does not state clearly that you have either the kitchen or the jacuzzi, you will be out of luck.
This property would do well to be more clear in their reservation process as to whether you have the kitchen or jacuzzi. This would help to prevent disappointment. Also, please provide some basic utensils and a couple plates! What's the point of a bbq without the basics?
