October visit to West Yellowstone
Our family made a late October visit to West Yellowstone and discovered this wonderful hotel. Every staff member treated us with courtesy and a high level of professionalism. The property was proactively cleaned daily. Our room was well appointed and clean. My favorite aspect of our stay was meeting Effie, the hospitality lady. She worked tirelessly to provide everyone a delicious and safe breakfast experience despite the Covid restrictions currently imposed. The swimming pool was a hit for the grandkids too! I look forward to returning to the Kelly Inn and recommend it for your next trip to West Yellowstone. It is the perfect way to start your next adventure.

Kelly Inn is a good hotel with nice rooms. Fun wooden bear sculptures climbing inside and out. Walkable to the Wolf and Grizzly Discovery Center. Breakfast was included but was a calamity. Because if covid, the food consisted of packages meant to be toasted or microwaved. The result every morning was dozens of guests packed in a tiny serving area all trying to get to the single toaster and single microwave. There are many ways to do this better.

Trip to Yellowstone
Great room with lots of amenities. Very close to the entrance of Yellowstone! The staff was friendly and the wait staff at the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond to make sure we had the food we wanted to eat.

Great Stay in Yellowstone
The Kelly Inn West Yellowstone was a comforting sight to stumble onto after a long day in the park. We had just arrived to our comfortable, clean, and cutely cabin decorated room before the first snowstorm of the season started coming down, derailing our plans for the weekend. The Kelly Inn was the perfect spot to be snowed in for the night, warm and cozy to watch the snowfall.
Because the snow derailed our plans, we ended up hunkering down in our room for the day. We went down to their breakfast bar to check it out and collect some snacks for the day, and everything was well organized for a COVID-safe breakfast. Bread, bagels, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches were all pre-portioned and individually wrapped to be taken back to the room; even condiments like syrup and fruit for the waffles were pre-portioned! After staying in a number of supposedly "COVID friendly" hotels, it was nice to stay in a hotel that was taking actual percautions.
We had to leave the hotel a day early due to the snow, which the front desk was super helpful and understanding about and gave me a refund for the extra night immediately. I would stay here anytime I was visiting Yellowstone!

We loved the new bunk bed rooms!
Loved that they made a birthday sign for our daughter! Loved how tall the bunk needs were over the queen beds. They could've used some dressers in there, but not really room... Best covid breakfast at a hotel yet! Safe and diverse! Super nice front desk folk willing to help with every need! Super close to yellowstone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
