Great hotel! Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Great location to west entrance of park and many good restaurants nearby. Special thanks to Beth for taking the time to edit our Yellowstone map with all the high points and her local knowledge of things to see and do.

Vereniz and Derek were great with suggestions on what to see at the Park, restaurants suggestions and even loaning us binoculars which came in handy to see all the animals.

Very good location but very average hotel. Ice machines on every floor were not working and the afternoon lady at the front desk acted very disinterested with regard to service.Would not stay here again.

Beth checked us in and was awesome. She reviewed map of Yellowstone with tips on where to go. She view map of West Yellowstone and recommended multiple restaurants. We did try two or three of those and she was right on the Mark. She was so nice and was so educational. The hotel room was very clean and the buffet breakfast in the morning was great. Location is also a great as it is close to the West Yellowstone entrance and also within walking distance of the downtown area would highly recommend going to this hotel, if planning on going to Yellowstone.
