Front desk was very friendly. The Amenities are great in this Best Western Arcade, Bowling Alley, Outdoor and indoor pool, Fire Pits. Out door bar (closed while we were there) Rooms were nice we were on main floor facing the pool. During week we were there restaurant buffet open am tell 2pm.! Other two restaurants one was a bar downstairs by arcade open at 4 and main dinning room open at 5. We had Nacho’s in bar down stairs were yummy. Other night ate at others restaurant no reservations required. Service good my chicken was great . Husband steak very bad over cooked. Very nice place over all.

This is a very nice property and I am sure in the summer it is great having the outdoor pool. It is very convenient to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Be aware that this property contains multiple buildings that are not attached to the main building containing check-in. The facility has everything needed for your stay including a restaurant, though it is a little pricey.. My only concern with the property was the price for mid April. While there is nothing wrong with the property, I just did not feel it was worth $300 for one mid week evening. The King room was small and the actual bathroom was very small. The room had everything we needed, but I just felt like they had too much crammed into a small room. The room had a hard wood floor which I actually prefer. Keep in mind if you need anything like ice, you need to go outside and walk to a separate building. My only concerns with the room were the wifi which wasn't working real well and no matter what we did with the settings, the unit kept blowing hot air when we wanted it cooler. Not a big deal as we were only in the room for 10 hours. The paid buffet breakfast in the main building was very good. My biggest concern was the pricing for a pet. We have a small under 10 pound dog and at most hotels we stay, you get a regular room and they charge you an extra $10 - $20 for the pet. This property makes you get a very expensive "pet friendly" room (still not sure what a pet friendly room is) and then on top of the pet friendly charge, they then charge you $30 extra on top of what you already paid. We have traveled to all 50 states, so we have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never seen this type of pricing. Again, the room was fine, but it just wasn't worth the price.

We stayed here one night after spending a very full day at the Grand Canyon. The hotel was a quick trip from the South Entrance and very conveniently located. The grounds are attractive. It is a big place with several buildings, but we had no trouble finding our room, thanks to the friendly and welcoming concierge. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked having a table and chairs, plus a lighted vanity with bench (the coffeemaker was set up there), in addition to the usual desk and dresser. The room has a safe for storing valuables, a fridge (without freezer), microwave and lots of mirrors! We appreciated having great internet. We cannot comment on the pool and fitness room, as we more than enough exercise from visiting the Canyon. The only downside was the shower. The on/off, faucet diverter and hot/cold controls were unusual and complicated. Unfortunately the drain was slow and appeared clogged. Despite this one disappointment, we still had an enjoyable stay.
