Great location, but I’d expect so much more for the money !

Excellent location for Grand Canyon - get there by mid morning - the park queues are huge by mid afternoon. Very expensive for what it was. Nice room, BUT bed linen didn’t fit properly and beds badly made, the fridge motor was really noisy and disturbing at night, lots of noise from other rooms and communal areas. Pool area nice except for the music from the bar and hotel buildings, both playing different songs. Receptionist not friendly or welcoming at all. Pub area not appealing at all. So, a great location, but this is the most expensive hotel I’ve ever paid for and I’d expect better !

No one informed me that there would be a charge of approximately $35 to take a small pet with me , and I was also exceedingly surprised by an extra $30 or so to check in three hours early, even though the room was already prepared at noon. I have never had a hotel charge such an early entry fee.

Located within minutes to the entrance Grand Canyon’s South Rim. This hotel has everything!!! And it’s beautiful. The grounds are pleasant, the lobby and furnishings are lovely. Love the COLD water bottle refill station (also located in Grand Canyon tourist areas). Our family would love to come back and stay here again!

This place has so much to do. Besides visiting the canyon, we enjoyed so many amenities. Bowling, bean bags, game room.

Such a big resort with a lot of things to do very friendly people. Huge game room, fun sports bar and outdoor fire pits that they supply smore fixings for you. Rooms, clean, friendly staff very close to the Grand Canyon. Would stay here again.!
Most expensive and poorest quality of a three week road trip - AVOID

Extraordinarily expensive for a room with tired decor, missing toiletries which did not get sorted even after requesting from the front desk.
Price did not include breakfast at $20 each for buffet so check what you are getting before placing booking
On the Saturday night of our stay we were refused entry to the bar at 1845hrs because it was already full
Best just find somewhere else
