Awful Customer Service Ruined Our Stay

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but our experience here was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn fellow travelers. My partner and I booked a two-night stay hoping to unwind, but from the moment we checked in, nothing went right. First, the Wi-Fi in our room was completely unusable. We tried repeatedly to connect over both days, only to be met with “no internet” messages. As remote workers, reliable Wi-Fi was non-negotiable. After numerous failed attempts, I even took the time to capture screenshots documenting the issue, which I politely shared with the front-desk team. Rather than offering assistance or moving us to another room, the staff flat-out refused to help. One employee went so far as to accuse me of fabricating the screenshots, and I was left feeling both insulted and powerless. At no point did anyone offer a workaround, no temporary hotspot, no apology, nothing. All in all, this stay was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. If reliable service, basic courtesy, and functional amenities matter to you, look elsewhere, there are far better options in this price range. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice, Starbucks coffee and a Keurig coffee maker was a great touch. The restaurant was very good. There is a game room/arcade for entertainment, the outdoor pool and outdoor games for kids, and it is very close to the Grand Canyon entrance. The morning buffet is an A+++++. The hotel staff is exceptional. I would rate this hotel a 5-star

The staff is unfriendly in their communication and does not look for possible solutions. We booked and paid for a hotel room, including payment information. The manager stated that we have to resolve it ourselves and was unwilling to help. I would not recommend this hotel. On top of that, the toilet in the lobby was dirty and poorly maintained. This level of service and hygiene is unacceptable.

No ice in building! Called front desk and did not offer assistance. Got a text in the morning asking what time was our arrival, no response after answering? Not a first class experience! Don't know why there would be a good reason to have a minimum character complaint!

Fine hotel spoilt by nickel and diming

The hotel is excellent as such. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. What spoilt it for me was the nickel and diming operated by the hotel. Firstly there's the 25$ resort fee scam. It's true it's noted on the reservation, but the whole resort fee thing is a scam. Why isn't it simply included in the room rate? On top of that the promised water bottles only turned up on the first day, whilst you're paying this fee per day. Secondly, I had a room rate with breakfast included, but it's only partially included. You still have to pay tax and gratuity. If it says breakfast included, that's what it should be.
