Published Date: Aug, 22, 2025 Travel Date: Aug, 1, 2025 Rating: 5 Beautiful structure just outside the park, consisting of a central building, where the reception and restaurant are located, which is really well-maintained, but the external buildings definitely need renovation. The rooms, although spacious, need to be updated. Excellent services offered to customers, from the pool to the laundry service. The internal restaurant offers well-prepared dishes and the breakfast is varied and of high quality.

Clean and a good base.

It is just outside the entrance to the Grand Canyon park. There are several restaurants on the road outside - we ate at the pizza to pasta and it was fine.
Hotel good. Room a bit rough around edges and water pressure is bad, but I guess that it due to the dry environment. Beds comfortable and room bigger than we expected. Pool area was clean and reasonably busy when we arrived 4pm. Lovely pool bar area with games ( table tennis and chess). Inside pool also accessible with a jacuzzi that shows a children’s film at 7pm. We nipped in there about 9pm one evening which was nice.
We are in the restaurant, again staff were very lovely. Food fine and price to be expected. Cheaper to eat out of the hotel.
Guest laundry facilities available in 7000 block and one other. Free.
All in all I would recommend this hotel as a pit stop hotel, especially if you put most of day.,it was clean which is the most important thing.

I got notification from my bank 3 additional charges for a total of 70$ (which included 50$ deposit, the rest I don’t know what it is). I told the lady at the counter when checking out and she told me it must’ve been an error. However my card got debited today, and I don’t even have a receipt ‘cause they don’t provide any! I requested one through Booking.com chat but they never replied. On top of that, there is not email address you could use to contact them. This is a scam! Give me my money back!!!!

From the moment I sat down, he made me feel welcome with his friendly personality and great energy. He’s knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and crafted our drinks perfectly—balanced, creative, and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was his attentiveness; he checked in just the right amount without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it makes the whole experience that much better. If you’re at the bar, definitely ask for Nathan—you won’t be disappointed!

Lauren on reception welcomed us and efficiently got us into our room. And the location is very convenient, close to transport and shops.
