The cabins exceeded our expectations. Lovely setting, quiet, next to the beautiful lake. Great value.

The cabin is nice. It was Hot (+90*). They provided some fans and we made it work. The boat rental was fun and priced fair. The shuttle was our preferred mode of transportation into West Glacier.

If you are looking to enjoy Apgar Village and activities on Lake MacDonald, this property is just what you're looking for. You will be steps away from MacDonald Creek, the lake, and the shops and restaurant in the village area. The cabins are old and quaint, but not in an unpleasant way. Honestly, the historic cabins really suited the Glacier NP experience very well. Like many buildings in the area, they do not have air conditioning. However, the windows have screens and can be opened, and the rooms have box fans that can be used to create a nice cooling breeze, if needed. My family of 3 was very comfortable in our cabin.

The cabins were convenient to GTS Road and West Glacier attractions but were not very clean and seemed pretty run down.

The privacy of the creekside motel room was superb! Easy parking plus a picnic table. Close to lake and small stores/restaurant.
