Great hotel for the area!
This hotel was clean and a great place to stay for the proximity to the Grand Canyon! It was about 2-3 times the price you would pay for a comparable room elsewhere, and the walls were paper thin. Bring a sound machine or use a white noise app on your phone. Breakfast was bagged individually for pick up and it was decent. We were thankful they had some type of food still available. Very good location for the Grand Canyon!

Great location, typical pricing
Traveling from Las Vegas and needed hotel close for early morning visit to GC. First of all, all hotels in this area are overpriced but you pay for the proximity (~ 4 minute drive to entrance gates). Check-in staff was very friendly and informative. Mask wearing and social distance precautions were observed. The room was clean, two queen beds, hot shower but no shampoo or soap which was disappointing. Bagged breakfast was just OK with heated-up burrito, fruit, yogurt, and trail mix bar. Overall, met our needs and allowed us to get to the Grand Canyon (the whole purpose of our trip) quickly and easily.

Great hotel near South Rim
Overall, great hotel, super close to the South Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon. Check-in/out was a breeze. A continental breakfast is served individually due to covid, it was really nice. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were so plush. Shower pressure was great but general bathroom space was tight. Only compl is that the walls are thin. Would definitely stay here again.

Know before you go
The room was great, except that it had no soap, shampoo, or other things normally in a hotel.
The staff was very rude.
Things to know: check online prices and book online. The staff will not match online prices.
Get the full price of what you are going to pay if you book in person. I was quoted a price and asked 3 times if it included all the taxes and such. I was charged an extra $33.06 for taxes and fees. I thought it was strange that I was going to be charged $130 even for a 1 night stay, but that is what i was told 3 times. Upon check out, I was told that they were sorry I was misinformed, but there was nothing they could do.
Do your homework before staying (I wish I had)

Good price for the Grand Canyon
Staff were helpful. Electrical outlets by bed were loose from heavy use and the tub drain plug wouldn't stay open--both need repair. We did tell the staff upon checkout and they noted it for repair. Breakfast was so-so, typical for Covid times. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet. Price was very good considering its location by the park entrance--probably because of Covid and winter.
