Room was nice and clean. The bed was a little lumpy and pillows very flat, but a nice place to stay at when visiting Crater Lake or Lake Klamath. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. A little expensive and breakfast wasn't the best, but there was always coffee available. The only restaurant nearby was at a casino that was within walking distance.

Location: just 38 miles from crater lake National park, excellent location as close by and no decent or better hotels than this one in less than 50 mile radius. Good luck find a room at the crate lake lodge. Cleanliness: clean enough, just smells little musty from the old carpet Single unit AC is struggling and slightly loud. Shower. Had excellent water pressure. The only unfortunate incident during our stay, the hotel power (electricity) went out from 00:24-6:09 am. For people depending on CPAP machines for sleep, this is sort of an emergency especially if they do not have back up battery. I asked the front desk why they do not have a back generator for situation like that, they said they do, but it is not working. Is this a joke or a code violation for a business like that? I am not sure about this state’s rules. Breakfast: they ran out of hot items like eggs , biscuit and gravy and the fresh fruits early, so basically first come first serve while food supplied and lasts. The waffle maker is available as well the cereal and yogurt. It is ok breakfast, the usual as any low grade/low class hotel with free breakfast. Price: I guess for the only acceptable option in the area without competition, you pay more than double of what you pay for similar class hotel in other big city. I absolutely and highly recommend it if you are visiting the crater lake park and need a night or two to stay at. Just be aware of the limitations of this facility. 4 stars

This is a nice, fairly new hotel which we stayed at while exploring Crater Lake National Park. It is about a thirty minute drive from the park on decent two lane roads. The hotel is located on the same lot as a casino operated by an Indian tribe, which also has a restaurant which was convenient after a long day of exploring. I found the hotel staff to be very pleasant and the room and hotel clean. It offers a continental style breakfast which included an automatic pancake machine which was down my alley. One end of the hotel is close to the highway so I would recommend a room away from it. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Crater Lake National park. It was about 30-40 minutes to the park. It was very clean, and Syd checked us in and was very personable and nice. Rooms were clean and everything seemed very new. The casino next door is there if you want meals. We would stay here again.

Stayed for one night at the Sleep Inn & Suites Chiloquin on our way to visit Crater Lake and then on to the Bend area. It was the perfect location! Not only was it clean, comfy and contemporary, but the staff was exceptional. The front desk staff gave us tips on visiting Crater Lake National Park, some local hiking, and the local restaurant and casino, and it was obvious they loved their jobs and helping people. It really was a refreshing change from some places we've stayed. The casino next door was fun, and it had a nice restaurant with a wide menu. Highly recommend this place especially if you're looking to visit Crater Lake - it was less than a 30 minute drive.
