Best service we have had anywhere for a long time. Staff was so friendly, efficient and professional. It was a real treat since so many places have forgotten what the word 'service' means. The hotel is just a few years old but it's as clean and shiny as brand new. Breakfast is listed as continental so we were pleasantly surprised to find hot food that included eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. A really great stay.

Virtually brand new; beautiful rooms, comfortable bed; large spotless bathroom. Breakfast was pre- made omelets, sausages, etc. This hotel is closer to Crater Lake than Klamath Falls. It is owned by the Klamath & Modoc tribes, next door to a casino.

OK but expensive for what it is.

Nice enough hotel on tribal land and operated by the local tribe. Over priced for the hotel but about the only game around. Has a small casino across the parking lot and a large truck stop on another part of the lot. Crater lake is about 45 minutes away. Hotel was clean and the employees were very plesant and helpful. If you are going to Crater Lake this is a good place to stay.

I seriously considered 5 stars, because the front desk and housekeeping staff were so incredibly friendly! The entire place feels brand new and clean. The room had that eco option where you have to leave your keycard in the slot for the power to be on, which I understand, but find to be a bit of a pain when we're just leaving the room for a few minutes for ice, etc. There were also the standard eco-friendly signs to please consider using your towels more than once, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark. We slept well. Strangely, the toilet water was steaming hot the entire time we were there (and the shower water was almost instantly steaming hot), which seems at odds with the whole eco-vibe of the rest of the room, but didn't really bother us. Hey, I'd rather have hot toilet water than cold showers, right? Why not 5 stars? First, it is very expensive (likely because there is almost NO competition in the area). We paid more for this room that we would normally pay for a Hilton property. Plus, I wanted to switch from the middle to the top floor, but the same king suite was nearly $60 more per night. The breakfast buffet only offered little plastic utensil packets, and they ran out both days we were there. If you accidentally threw your knife away, you had to get another full utensil packet, which seems a bit wasteful. Same for napkins - all they had were the small napkins that come in the utensil packets, so if you needed another, you had to waste another entire utensil packet. That's probably why they kept running out. The breakfast food was hot, and I was overjoyed to see they had bacon (so many places don't offer bacon in their buffets), but they were a little slow to replenish the food. The scrambled eggs and sausage ran out several times. Also, the buffet offering was identical both days we were there, as best we could tell. As I mentioned in the first sentence, the true gems of this hotel are the staff. We felt very welcomed. We were wished a good day when we left in the mornings and welcomed back when we came back in the evenings. Friendly smiles all around by people who seemed genuinely happy we were there, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites while visiting Crater Lake. There was lots of free parking, a 24 hour store and gas station located in the same area, as well as a simple restaurant at the Casino. The room was large, clean and comfortably furnished. Good shower and soft towels added to our stay. We left early to enjoy the sunrise at Crater Lake so cannot comment on the included breakfast but even though they did not provide an official ‘grab and go’ breakfast option, we were given fresh coffee and an assortment of pastries to take with us.
