All interactions with hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Located between Crater Lake and The city of Klamath Falls, it was convenient. It is affiliated with the casino located in same area. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend if you are in the area.

So clean and well cared for, we thought it was new!

The hotel is quite new, very clean and the staff were friendly.
My only negative comments would be the AC was noisy and there was a bit of road noise from the nearby highway.

Clean Rooms, Great Breakfast, and Tribal Tales—A 5-Star Stay!

The hotel is spotless, and the staff is incredibly helpful—like having personal concierges with a PhD in local knowledge! They were super knowledgeable about the history of the Klamath, Modoc, and Yahooskin Tribes (and by the way, they’re not on a reservation). They even gave us insider tips on Crater Lake, from the best scenic spots to park ranger activities.
Breakfast? Delicious, and it comes with a side of helpful info! The staff explained everything like pros—I'm pretty sure they could lead a Crater Lake tour if they wanted to!
Overall, clean, friendly, and culturally enriching. Plus, supporting the tribes while staying here? Total win-win! Highly recommend!

Published Date: Sep, 8, 2024 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2024 Rating: 2 My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting Crater Lake National Park. We were in room 102, which unfortunately is located closest to the road. The loud road noise from semi-trucks and cars traveling through the night made it difficult to sleep. The room also had a strange smell that we couldn't quite identify, thinking maybe a cleaning product. Additionally, room 102 is right next to the fire stairs, which were used frequently by other guests, and could hear people walking up/down the stairs loudly, adding to the disturbance.
On the positive side, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean, and the hotel also has an indoor pool and hot tub, which we did have the chance to enjoy. If you plan to stay here, I would definitely recommend requesting a room farther from the road for a more peaceful experience.
