This is one of the best best westerns i have stayed in. Rooms were good sized, bathroom sink area had 2 sinks and the toilet/shower were separated from sink by a door. The floors were thin and you could hear the person above walking (I think they were heavy footed) but they stopped at 10 pm. Breakfast was better than your average free breakfast, but breakfast room was very busy and crowded, although we did not have trouble finding a place to sit. Servers were very attentive at clearing tables the minute they were vacated. No paper plates or plastic utensils, but good quality plastic platers and stainless silverware.

Good value for the money. Very clean.

This is a decent hotel. Pretty basic but I am giving it a 4 because it was very clean. The front desk was also very helpful and so was the guy who checks everyone in for breakfast. Good value for the money. The festivities around us were still closed and I wish that someone would have told me what was open and what was not. Part of that is my fault though.

Nice hotel close to Bryce Canyon. We loved the large room and it is very clean. The property is a bit dated but nice. Breakfast spread could have more choices. The scrambled eggs were dry. The staff were nice and helpful. There are not many choices around.

Nice but needs updating

We stayed here one night with a tour group. The room was clean and decent sized and the bed was okay. It is looking pretty dated with both of the bed skirts torn and worn. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. With a little updating this would be a great place to stay.

Nice place for a night when visiting Bryce

It's a nice hotel with a great location if you are visiting Bryce National Park. I'm not sure why the front desk put us in a ground floor room facing the courtyard? There were people literally walking by our window the entire time. I would have preferred an outward facing room - which I asked for. They definitely weren't full so not sure why this request wasn't fulfilled. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean and fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The wifi was excellent. I'm not sure what the rooms across the road at Ruby's Inn are like but there was more going on over there - restaurants, market, store, etc. No reason not to stay here.
