Excellent all around. Great location 5 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. Super clean rooms, great breakfast, nice artwork in the hallways and generally a well looked after property. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

There were basically two hotels to pick from at this location, both being Best Westerns. This one is the newer of the two which is why we chose it. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast service better than most you encounter in hotels with a wide variety of food choices.

Friendly staff, super clean Hotel and room , yummy complementary breakfast … It was all great! Super short drive to Bryce Canyon national Park . Nothing we would change. We usually stay at more upscale hotels, but all of us agreed that this place was absolutely perfect. If you’re visiting, Bryce, stay here !

A RESORT FEE???!!! For an aging best western motel??? C'mon

This aging motel in the middle of nowhere Utah has the nerve to charge a resort fee. They're not even honest about it. They hit you with it the day before you check in so you can't cancel. There is nothing "resort" about this motel. There are plenty of good mom n pop motels in Panguitch, only 15 mins down the road, that are a much better value for the money. Just another example of corporate greed, they are trying to pry every last dollar out of your wallet. If we are going to stop dishonesty like this we need to stand up these corporations and hit them in the pocket book. Shop main street, not Wall street.

Great homebase for our Bryce Canyon National Park hiking trip

Traveled with spouse to hike in Bryce Canyon National Park and we were walk-in customers for 2 nights. Standard King room on 3rd floor was close to the elevator, clean and comfortable. You could hear folks walking around in the room above but quieted down at a reasonable bedtime. Breakfast buffet was one of the best presented in a Best Western Plus with plenty of hot and cold options.
