Very Happy

We were impressed by how well-staffed it was, with large breakfast, front desk, and housekeeping teams keeping everything running smoothly and comfortably.
We stayed in a 6-person suite, which was a great fit for our family. The space was comfortable overall, though the pull-out sofa mattresses were just plain terrible. I heard a few people request cots instead. Perhaps a small child may be OK on the pull out mattress.
This hotel was a much better fit for us than the Best Western Ruby’s Inn across the street. We preferred the interior room entry here (as opposed to the exterior, motel-style layout at Ruby’s) and appreciated the outdoor pool. While the pool was surprisingly small for a hotel of this size, it still worked well for the kids.
Location-wise, it was ideal. Ruby’s Inn is just across the street for meals, the general store, and various adventures. Ebenezer’s Barn & Grill and the rodeo are also nearby — all just a short walk away.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. This seemed to be the best hotel option in close proximity to Bryce Canyon, and we’d absolutely stay here again.

Rooms comfortable, clean and well appointed (they even had enough towels for six of us unlike most hotels only providing 4 despite a room for six). Breakfast was OK, not much variety but we were full. I REALLY appreciated the self service laudry service. They had a good amount of machines $2.50 for wash and $2 to dry. Overall, good stay for one night while visiting Bryce Canyon

A gem in every way.

The room is spacieux but the equipment and decoration look like the 1980s. The air conditioning was old and very noisy.
Awful breakfast with low quality products.
A buffet and restaurant are available a cross the street at the other hotel. No better quality but convenient.

Would stay there again
