The hotel is right next to the airport but you don't hear the planes. The hotel is very nice and clean. It's decorated with so many beautiful pictures of Glacier Park scenery. We absolutely loved the free breakfast every morning. The ladies that fix the breakfast are so kind and friendly! The free coffee and cookies were a nice treat. We spent quality time at the firepit. The rooms were so nice and we slept very well on the comfortable beds. Great hotel!!

A newer hotel in a great location for GNP - good free breakfast, and very friendly staff. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our road trip and the family rated this one at the top! The hotel is close to the airport but noise was not a problem. Beds were comfy!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Convenient to Kalispell as well as Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Glacier National Park. Face masks are still required at this hotel, per sign in the lobby. All staff wore masks and they paper face masks were available at the desk. Not all patrons wore masks.

Motel was very clean and friendly staff. Overcharged at check in but assured they will fix it. Bed was a little firm and pillows small and flat. Water in shower cycled from hot to cold. Tv was awesome. Breakfast good but long wait in line. Very close to airport if you need that. Hot tub was cold. Would stay again hoping negatives were flukes.

Hotel blamed us for broken bed

We are local and were in the hotel for staycation: a few hours to enjoy the pool. Checked in around 1 p.m., checked out at 7:30 p.m. same day. Most of the time swimming or gone for dinner. Never damaged anything. Hotel called later and claimed that we broke the bed. Said the bed was broken previously and replaced with new bed. We felt that hotel must have replaced the wrong bed such that our bed was still broken. Didn't appear broken when we were there. We are a family of four, heaviest one being 150 pounds, and nobody jumped on the bed. Been staying in hotels for over 10 years and has never been accused of any such thing. Rather insulted. We stayed there a few weeks ago and didn't have a problem. Hotel is very nice otherwise, has a slide at the pool for the kids. Very clean, with friendly staff and airport view. But now we probably won't go back for a while.
