What a nice stay

The pool area was great, perfect if you have little kids. The breakfast was good. The rooms are amazing as always, the BW Plus really has a good grip on this over other hotels. Spacious, updated, big closet, high ceilings, great blinds for the sun.
Since we pay a pet fee per night, I wish we could get bowls and a mat for our dog. It seems simple enough?
I really appreciated the ease of check-in with the app and communicating if we wanted housekeeping or needed something through messaging. Plenty of space to take your dog out, too. The pool is open until 10 p.m.!

The office staff is nice, breakfast is fine, but it is so convenient with beautiful views. We loved that they sent us a message saying that most restaurants close at 8pm cause we were coming later so we knew to stop and eat. Gave us fresh towels and it’s very clean and comfy.

Comfortable and Convenient

Patio was perfect place to enjoy drinking our coffee in the mornings and reminiscing about our day in the evenings. We talked with other hotel visitors while relaxing at the fire pit in the evenings. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but as we would come and go, we could see and hear the folks who were obviously having a fun time! Hotel conveniently located at City Shuttle Stop, near local stores and restaurants and the NP. Complimentary breakfast was better than others we have had. We would stay there again.

Quiet and relaxing stay

Zion Park struggles with overtourism. When taking the crowded bus up to the Narrows, it felt like we were in NYC. For us, this hotel was a quiet oasis away from the hubbub of Zion Park.

Ok stay

It was clean, but nothing special at all. The staff was ok. There are many Restaurant in walking distance which was very convenient
