It was a fantastic experience. A trip that we will always remember. The mountain views from the balcony will take your breath away. The breakfast had everything you would want. With delicious fluffy scrambled eggs and waffles. Loved the pool and hot tub. We definitely would love to return someday.

Perfect location. One of the nearest hotels to to entrace to Zion. No need to take the shuttle, we just walked the .8 mile. Very clean. The staff was great. The complementary breakfast from 6-10 was a great way to start our day. Complementary coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 was nice.

For our visit to Zion, we stayed 1 night at the Best Western in Springdale, and were very pleased with our choice. Location of the hotel is very convenient to Zion shuttle stop (directly across street) and is a short ride into the park. Very convenient to walk to restaurants (Oscar’s), and galleries. Hotel is very picturesque with red rocks in the background. Room was good size with a couch. Very updated bathroom. Nice to have a balcony on the second floor. Breakfast was fine, but no cut-up fruit. Staff was very pleasant. After hiking in the Park in the heat, we enjoyed the good size outdoor pool. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot while we went into the park on the second day. We tried to drive into park to park our car a little after 8:00 and the visitor center parking lot was full.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean. We had everything we needed provided by the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was great. Close to the Zion entrance. You can walk 1 mile to the entrance or take the shuttle which has a stop right out front of the hotel.

What a beautiful property! The proximity right outside Zion Park in the charming town of Springdale is the reason we chose this hotel. You can park and shuttle with ease with the shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. My only wish is that the air conditioner unit had a fan option to have continued air movement. Otherwise, would stay here again without a doubt.
