Great location!! Very short drive to the park entrance. The rooms are nice We enjoyed the patio and the hot tub especially. Comfortable beds, nice staff. Looking forward to enjoying a drink in the lounge tonight. Several restaurants in the area make it convenient too.

Great place to stay with a family. Pool and a hot tub worked wonders after days of hiking. Place was clean. Family friendly. Some food places around- expensive!! There is a groceries store nearby. Pricey too. Gas is high. This is just an FYI. The hotel was a very good deal.

What a crappy place. Motel style
This by far one of the worst motels I have stayed in.
Dimly lit, noisy exhaust fan in bathroom.
Very noisy condenser for ac just outside door that alarmed everyone who heard it.
Supposed to receive 5 WiFi codes, received 4
Ripped screen at door entrance.
Cheap for Grand Canyon area. You still didn’t get what we paid. Over $500 for 2 nights
Do not confuse this with the beautiful Grand Hotel across the street, which is a HOTEL.

Room was nice, service was HORRIBLE. The in room coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in. I went to the front fest and displayed a picture to show it was missing. I asked if there was somewhere I could get some coffee and he directed me to the restaurant.
Second day in a row the staff at the cafe were SUPER rude.
I would not stay here again if it was free. Paid for services that were not rendered. STAY AWAY there are better hotels to choose from.

When my husband and I first entered the room after checking in, it was quite warm. We immediately turned the thermostat down on the A/C unit to cool it off. Since the table and chairs were directly in front of the unit blocking the air flow, I decided to move them. Underneath the table leg were coffee grounds, a coffee filter, and small rubber bands. The A/C unit appears to have leaked at one time because of the water stains on the carpet. There was also tons of dust behind an end table, so apparently the cleaning staff DO NOT ever move small furniture to clean behind or vacuum under. On top of that, the A/C unit was noisy and the TV didn't work properly. After paying almost $500 for the two nights, we most definitely expected a better stay! We were disgusted and disappointed with this hotel!
I read reviews before I book places, but somehow I really messed up this time.
The only plus side was the restaurant and their staff.
