The rooms are beautiful and have plenty of space! Lots of places to sleep so you can have a whole family! And the breakfast food is great! The beds are comfortable. We had enough outlets to charge all of our devices and phones, too! This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to! HIGHLY recommended, you will love it!

This hotel is wonderful! The location is amazing. It’s literally right outside the park and right before the cute little Main Street area of Springdale. There’s a shuttle conveniently located right in front of the hotel to get you to the main gates of Zion. The building is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The photos online do not do it justice! The check in process was super smooth and the front desk is so helpful and friendly. Kudos to those gals! They have maps ready and everything for guests. The rooms are super clean and spacious. We were a group of 3 and it was very roomy. It was a getaway weekend so all of us had our laptops to do work in the evening. The desk in the rooms is incredibly convenient. The parking lot is huge and on your last day, they let you leave your car there if you still want to shuttle down and check out the park before you have to head back to the airport. Breakfast was nice and for dinner we walked over to the Italian restaurant nearby. They too had great drinks and a yummy charcuterie board for reasonable prices. I would definitely stay there again!

This seemed to be a very new hotel. We booked the suite with the sofa bed. It was spacious! The closet could hold a pack and play and luggage. Breakfast was wonderful. They do have gluten free bread and muffins if you ask (there was a sign). Views and pool were awesome. It is so close to Zion (shuttle stop 6 is the one you use).

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The view was stunning Their breakfast was wonderful. My judgement of a good breakfast is if they have real oatmeal and they did plus their eggs, waffles and other selection were all outstanding. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here as we hiked in Zion National Park.

Wouldn't give us the room we paid for or a refund

Reserved a room with a king bed--was stunned just before checkin to receive an email saying we'd been switched to a room with two queen beds. Tried emailing, calling and discussing it in person with the front desk staff--and was stonewalled at every turn. The staff refused to give us the room we paid for, and denied a refund as well, so we couldn't reasonably go anywhere else. Not only was the staff not sorry, they were quite rude. Atrocious service.
