We had a great experience at the Springhill Suites. The gentleman that checked us in was fantastic. Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly (I didn’t have a chance to take his name) all the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were all friendly. Room had a beautiful view, the hotel is very charming. The lobby is costly. We used the hot tub after our hike which was a treat! Breakfast had a lot of selections. We will come back!

Over charged

They charged me for 2 rooms when I only booked one. After attempting to dispute (I booked a room and then upgraded 30 mins after booking on line 6+ months in advance) it registered as 2 rooms. I thought it was resolved at check in, I was told it was taken care of and not to worry as they couldn’t find a confirmation for the first room. A month after staying they charged the room to my card. I called. Was told would have to discuss with her manager and would get back to me on Monday…she promised. Never heard back. I tried to call but no one would answer the phone. I’m a bonvoy member and extremely annoyed

Not a good value - poor room assignment

Overall, the facility has a nice look to it. But it’s in the details that it is lacking. We had a king suite. The room itself is laid out to look nice, but is not user friendly. Beautiful view out the small window, but no balcony / deck to go out on to enjoy. The bathroom is very narrow, with an even narrower / small counter and has that new-style sliding barn door that is very noisy to operate. Using the bathroom in the middle of the night invariably wakes up your spouse. The worst was the college luau event they scheduled in the lower floor activity area right below our room. Beating drums - chanting students for about 2 hours. The event spilled out onto the outdoor patio - again, right below our window. When I called to complain about the noise , the response I got was “ why are you in that building?” (as if we had anything to do with our room assignment? ? ? ) I do not recommend this facility, and we are Marriott Titanium Elite members.

I’ve traveled from Austin all the way to Zion to explore the National park, and once I arrive the to the hotel the lady tells me that it’ll be a $500 fine if I leave my dog unattended at anytime then goes on to remind me that Zion National park shuttles aren’t pet friendly and no restaurants deliver. So in short, I drove 19 hours to sit in a hotel bed with my dog for a week. And all of my meals had to be carry out except 3.

Nice hotel, perfect location!

This hotel was just perfect for us. The breakfast was good, i loved the nice small market next to the check in desk. There is a shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel, so we did not have to walk a lot. After a whole day of hiking, it was priceless! Just like the hot jakuzzi in the garden!
