perfect location just outside entrance to Zion. Spacious room for family of 5. Lobby area has pool table and several tv's. View is amazing, giant walls of Zion. And my son left his World Series hoodie there and was so upset and Kayla mailed it back to us in less than a week. This is a great family hotel. It's s but more than we like to pay for Springhill Suites but the location is worth it!

This is by far the nicest Springhill suites in the country. It was decorated well and the rooms were very nice. Of course, it's also likely one of the most expensive Springhill suites in the country as well. There are a couple of things they could do to really get to that 5 star - all within their control. First off, the breakfast buffet is absolutely terrible! It seems they cook all the eggs for the day at 4AM and then let them sit for hours, collecting condensation. By 6-6:30AM they are sitting in a pool of water. To make matters worse, they aren't even very hot and I'm not even sure if they are safe to eat. The sausage wasn't much better, they alternated between pork and turkey on different days but it didn't matter because it was always dry and cold. In addition, there were no potatoes or eggs with veggies. The oatmeal was the only thing that was good and safe to eat. I would also avoid the sad display of lunch meat. The fundemental issue is really that the breakfast is just plain lazy - they seem to just want to cook it in the morning and then not have to deal with it. I wasn't even going to write this until I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kanab and it was night and day. They had crisp bacon, delicious sausage, and hot eggs that were not swimming in water- so it is clearly possible to pull off. Anyway, the only complaint I had about the room is the thermostat would not go below 68! I've never seen this before but we like the room cooler at night and the only way to do that was to turn off the heat and open the window. I see absolutely no reason why I cannot set the heat to 60 if that is what I like and for $300/night, I should be able to do that and have an edible breakfast. The only thing that was good was the oatmeal.

We absolutely loved the location with easy parking and close proximity to all Springdale downtown restaurants, shops and of course the main attraction Zion. The room was spacious and the views were nothing short of spectacular. A must stay if in the area, worth every penny.

Great hotel. Perfect location. There's a Springdale shuttle stop right outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Only downside is the pricetag but that's due to tourism to Zion growing significantly over the past few years. All hotels in the area are pricey. The rooms also have lights in the ceiling in addition to the lights by the bed. I loved this feature!

This Marriott hotel sits in Springdale Ut, about a 5 minute walk from everything in town. Just a short trail down from the hotel is the banks of the river as it flows behind the hotel. The views from your balcony are like nothing you've ever seen. Very short walk to shops, stores, and the tram stops right at this hotel.
