This was one of the best decisions of our trip! Staff was exceptional, from the people at the front desk who welcomed us with a smile and information about the town and the park, to Patti who had the breakfast station up and running before it was supposed to be so that the early birds could get to the trails before the crowds. Finally house keeping left the rooms clean and with fresh towels. If I could give more stars I would! Don't miss out on the pool/hot tub with an incredible view! Great food and drink just across from the hotel and a shuttle stop to the park as well!

Good quality Marriott property, centrally located on free springdale bus loop, with lots of options at the free breakfast, clean rooms, guest laundry, pool and friendly and professional front desk staff and manager who know how to handle issues. There was a fire in a neighbouring town which caused the Springdale to shut down all power. The front desk and maintenance staff managed the guests concerned and provided information and appropriate compensation. They made a potentially stressful situation into a well managed stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Parking is an extra $10/night. It is expensive but that is the going rate to stay in the breathtaking Zion area.

The absolute best Marriott property

Easily one of the best Marriott properties we've stayed at! The hotel is clean and roomy with incredible views at every turn, the staff is some of the nicest/best that we've experienced and the location is literally right outside Zion NP. Everything in the town is walkable and there's a free shuttle bus service with a stop right out front. The pool is awesome as there's fun for all ages and there's self-service laundry on-site for those who, like myself, prefer to travel home with clean clothes. Another plus is the daily complimentary breakfast buffet! My son and I have a gluten allergy, so traveling can often times prove difficult when it comes to meals, but not here. A special thank you to Patti for above and beyond service and always providing us with gluten-free blueberry muffins. Those muffins had my boy jumping out of bed in the morning! Lastly, there are multiple restaurants surrounding the property: Bit & Spur, Jack's Sports Bar, Oulivia and Switchback Grille. Food for all interests. We will be staying here again on return trips!

Perfection! Great location near restaurants, a free bus less than a block away to take you one stop away to more restaurants, small shops and a small grocery store. The view next to the rocky hill is stunning. A pool and hot tub onsite, and a fire pit. The room is very large with two queen beds and a sofa bed., microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, everything you need. The bath was large with a tub with shower and good lighting. A very nice, new hotel super clean.
