This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable and hospitable location close to Bryce. The bed and room where comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Edgar and Liene are great hosts and even went above and beyond to jump start our rental car when the battery died. They lent us their jumper cable to take for the day in case we needed them. I highly recommend this location, would go again in a heart beat.

Close to Bryce Canyon, rooms are well supplied, each breakfast is a chef's and guest delight. Just make sure to write in your diet exceptions as you arrive and they accommodate your needs beautifully. Ed's photography captures the natural beauty travelers can hope to see in Bryce and other exceptional places. The place is nestled by surrounding hills of quiet beauty. I would highly recommend it!

Bryce Trails Bed & Breakfast is just 10-15 minutes outside of the park. The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean, fluffy towels and have a coffeemaker with gourmet coffee and small touches such as a mint on each cup to welcome you. There is an ice maker and microwave in the hall for guests to use. Big screen TV's with Free Netflix & Hulu is also part of the amenities. But what makes this such a special place to stay is the wonderful owners, Ed & Liene! They make you very welcome and provide the BEST food - home cooked and delicious. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I make a return trip to Bryce Canyon. Our travel companions and I agree - this deserves 5 Stars!!

We stayed at Bryce Trails B & B for three nights while visiting Bryce Canyon National Park and absolutely loved it. The B & B is located on a quiet road in Tropic, Utah, about 15 minutes from the entrance to the national park. There's a great view of the red rocks of Bryce Canyon from the front of the inn and a welcoming seating area in which to relax and perhaps see a horse and rider go by in the afternoon. Lienne served us a wonderful breakfast each morning - including some of the eggs from her own chickens. She was friendly and ready with helpful info about where to eat, etc. Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable king sized bed and a seating area where we had a beautiful view of the red rocks bordering Bryce Canyon. We had a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room and access to an ice maker and extra glasses in the hallway and Lienne was available to provide extras (soap, towels, etc.) if we requested. The B & B is at the edge of town, so we felt like we had our own private spot, away from the busy-ness of Bryce. It's just a wonderful spot! We would definitely recommend the Bryce Trails B & B!

Beautifully renovated inn in Tropic. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated with very comfortable bed. Ed and Liene were great hosts with excellent, creative breakfasts and great local knowledge on hikes and restaurants. An added bonus was seeing Ed's amazing photo's displayed throughout the house.
