We stayed at the B&B for two evenings this month, our first visit to this part of the country. Our room was clean and private. We arrived late the first night and left very early the first morning, so we did not get to experience breakfast or meet our hosts until our second and final morning. The breakfast we did have was very good and our hosts were friendly. This B&B is roughly 15 minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon, depending on road construction delays.

Edgar and his wife Liene are excellent hosts, and Liene an excellent cook. My husband and I stayed here for a week as we toured the national parks and monuments. It was like being at home. Our room was large, prettily decorated and comfy. Liene made breakfast for us every morning (all of which were outstanding), with a delish snack bag for our day trips. They also had thee most delicious coffee I’ve had in the US piping hot each morning. Edgar has his beautiful, beautiful photos of his travels through the home, and is an expert at providing guidance on what to visit in and around the area. We look forward to being able to visit them in the Winter.

Like Visiting your very welcoming and generous family!

Stayed here for 2 nights and were so comfortable and happy. The owners are wonderful, and they make great breakfasts! The location is terrific, close to the best restaurant in the vicinity (most of the food offerings are fattening, fast and greasy!), This experience could not have been better!

Ed and Leanne run a simple operation, letting large and fully-appointed rooms speak for themselves. Not a touchy, feely host-hospitality place, but fully responsive to guests' wants and needs. Perched on the edge of a no-traffic-light-town, at the back door of Bryce Canyon, but ten miles from the main park entrance, it is a quiet refuge from the hubbub of the park.

This cute B&B is about 20 minutes from main entrance to Bryce - which was close enough for me. I liked the slightly “out of the way” location and friendly hosts. My room (“Peek A Boo”) was on the ground floor and large and pleasant. I found the two hosts nice and friendly overall, same with the other guests I met and spoke with. I preferred staying here over the other chain options available close by to Bryce, or camping. This was also near a couple restaurants I enjoyed including a fantastic more upscale American restaurant (can’t recall the name right now) and a small, local pizza place which was pretty good. The home-made breakfast offered here was very good imo, and I slept very well. I’d stay here again and recommend it!
