Nice hotel however we were a little early and just had a 8 hour drive to get there and unfortunately the restrooms were not available to the public and we were staying the night and yet they do not let people use the hotel restrooms who are staying the night! That’s absolutely ridiculous that you are a paying guest and even in the reality of Covid-19 you still could use the restrooms even if you were staying at the hotel except that you can’t use them and you have to use your room bathroom instead! Go figure huh? Plus for $300 bucks a night I would have thought that it would have had better services than what just happened! Completely disappointed at the price and the service! Probably can find a better place for cheaper prices for a night than here. Not impressed at all. Thought it would probably be a great place to stay for the night and it totally looked fantastic online but then when you get there and you have a totally different perspective on it! Like WRONG not happening again!

Friendly Staff, Super clean, Amazing Breakfast and fast WiFi
This hotel was our backup plan after our original plans to stay at Many Glacier Hotel on the east side of Glacier National Park feel threw because the East Side was shut down due to COVID-19.
I was really impressed at how much everyone at the hotel seemed to care about their guests. Literally everyone went out of their way to take care of us. Despite not being able to offer daily housekeeping (totally understandable to keep staff safe from COVID) they really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable delivering towels, sheets, soap, picking up our trash we set outside in the hall - literally all we’d have to do is call the front desk and it was done.
I’ve traveled a lot and I’ve never seen a harder working staff - they all help each other and work as a Team to care for guests. Great experience!!

Amazing hotel with exceptional value!
We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days over a long weekend and we're very impressed at the service and value. Everything was sparkling clean and the service was impeccable. I never give a 100% rating because there is always room for improvement...but NOT in this case: they truly have everything figured out (even on busy weekends). The location is superb and amenities just perfect for adults and children alike (as evidenced by the constant turnover of guests in the well-appointed fitness centre and Pool & hot tub! We will be back asap.

Terrific in-town HQ for exploring
This place was perfect for staying in town in Columbia Falls, with easy access to Glacier National Park and all of the surrounding natural wonders and activities. The staff was helpful, the property felt new and/or updated. Just be aware this is basically a large motel with a parking lot and a small kids' playground in the back. It's a perfectly nice spot but it is not a resort-size property or a major hotel. It is also about 40 minutes drive to Lake McDonald Lodge, for reference.
