Walked in did not unpack due to horrible musty and mold smell, could not breathe caused asthma attack. Room also false advertising. No terrace, no patio chairs. Told they have no rooms like that. City view advertising is oversees a dirt lot, not city view. Called Booking and let them know we could not breathe their, did not trust property to have any other room better. Told on phone by Booking I would get refunded. Dropped key at desk and left. Completely false advertising, Red Ledges refusing refund!

A nice small town hotel in a teeny Western town

Published Date: Oct, 14, 2024 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2024 Rating: 4 This is a great little hotel in a small western town in a remote corner of Utah. It is not fancy. But it is clean, safe, and the people who work here were very friendly to us and service was great. The decor is old, but the room was comfortably cooled in the scorching heat wave (AC worked great!). Our huge king bed was comfy. It was quiet here. There's a cute little diner type place next door with very good food, and a very nice little locally owned grocery with nice produce and snacks. Down the street there's an AMAZING coffee shop that sells incredibly nice cuppacinos and espressos for you in the morning. Its about a ten minute EASY drive from this hotel to Bryce Canyon NP. We were able to wake up nice and early and make the sunrise at the NP, no problem. This is a small town, and the people here very much depend on tourism dollars, but it isn't a tourist trap. Its a real town, with a high school, a post office, a couple of gas stations, etc. You'll see farmers and ranchers here, and so sit back and put yourself in the right mindset. I would stay here again, for sure.

Worst Hotel in UTAH

Published Date: May, 20, 2024 Travel Date: May, 1, 2024 Rating: 1 I have recently returned from a 2,400 mile road trip in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. I stayed in 14 hotels over 21 nights. Red Ledges Inn was by far the worst. My room had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, little piles of sand were gathered on the cheap carpet. Towels were strewn on the wet bathroom floor. I could see through open doors into nearby empty rooms and these were in a similar condition at 6pm. I reported this and was given another room. The fabric was badly ripped on one of the chairs. When I sat on the other chair, the back fell off. There was no coffee in the new room and I had to go to reception (which was in another building) again.
They do not provide breakfast before 8am.
The bedroom fridge suddenly came to life at 5am when the fridge motor woke me up. I actually thought the sound was from the room next door as it sounded like someone being violently sick.
The curtain rail (and hence the curtain) did not fully fit across the window. This let in light from a glaring street light.
Power sockets were badly placed.
One of the bathroom room lights was flashing constantly.
Most insulting was the price. At $170 it was as expensive as the best hotels I had used on this trip (including Hamptons, La Quinta and excellent quality independents). Red ledges is a tip.

WORST HOTEL EVER

Published Date: Oct, 19, 2023 Travel Date: Oct, 1, 2023 Rating: 1 This hotel is HORRIBLE! Old furniture, multiple microwaves stacked on top of small frig on floor. Bathroom is gross and smells. We didn't feel safe; never seen my hubby put things blocking door so quick in my life. View that showed of the mountains but of a fence with a storage shed. Surprised Bryce Canyon Lodge referred them to me after they were sold out.
