Be prepared: You share your filthy room with some lovely small insects called bedbugs. You might not recognise them at first glance but in the next morning, you will see their result: at least 50 itchy bug bites! Horrible!! Never ever again in this life we are going to visit again this inn. The picture only shows a small choice of bites...

Good customer service

We were staying at the cabins (Bryce Valley Lodging) across the street, and the air conditioner broke, so they moved us to the inn. The room was clean and had fridge and microwave, and the property had a laundromat. Good wifi. The sink did not drain well but otherwise things were fine. Breakfast was minimal as advertised. Would come back.

Our room had a bit of a clogged sink where water would go down the drain quite slowly. Nothing major, but a minor annoyance we noted later in the day and didn't want to disturb the front desk. Breakfast was standard continental --- soft breakfast bars and packages oatmeal. The room had two hangers, one broken, one that worked. Not a log of space to dry towels/ use the hangers. The room also was a bit small and walls were thin. Very close to the park and accessibility as a tourist stay was convenient.

Red Ledges Inn looks like it was just renovated. The building is divided into 3 parts with each containing a lounge with leather sofas, a picnic table out front as well as extra metal chairs to sit outside to enjoy the sun. The room was clean and contained a fridge, micro, coffee maker, and nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The a/c worked great as it didn’t turn on and off all night to save energy. The front office is open from 8-11 am and 3 -9 pm. We didn’t partake in the free continental breakfast since it started at 8. The hotel is next to 2 restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station, making it convenient to get supplies before heading to the Bryce NP. Wished there were more towel racks to hang the used towels to dry but every hotel that we stayed at only had 1 hook.
