This is just a fantastic place to stay. Extremely well-maintained and beautiful rooms complete with Frette bathrobes (hi end linens). The pool and hot tub or a great way to relax after a days hike. Walking up the hill to their labyrinth and seating with views of the canyon was spectacular. Friendly staff and the spotted dog café which is excellent is attached. Can’t recommend this place enough.

So Relaxing!

This property was so Zen! Our room was nicely decorated and the grounds were well maintained and interesting. Morning coffee on the patio was a great way to start the day surrounded by Mountain View’s. We will certainly stay here again on future trips. Pros: ~Comfortable bed and quality linens/towels ~Close to park entrance and within walking distance from many restaurants/shops. ~Refrigerator and Keurig in room ~On site guest laundry ~Electric cat charging stations Cons: ~No microwave in room ~No recycling on site

This place is quite the find. Super friendly staff. Awesome rooms. Great amenities. Fair price. Pool and hot tub perfect after a long day of hiking. Next door to the Zion Adventure Company to get all outfitted for the excursions. Cant get any closer to the park. And best of all, after days of hiking, they have a terrific spa with amazing massages.

We really enjoyed our stay at Flanigan's Inn. The Inn is situated in the beauty of the Zion National Park Area and you are about a 5 mins. walk to the pedestrian entrance. It was nice to just park our car and then walk or catch a shuttle to any of the restaurants in the area or to the park. We awoke each morning with the most beautiful views of the mountains. Another bonus was getting a discount for the breakfast buffet at their restaurant The Spotted Dog (check for seasonal hours). Their website is very accurate with photos and descriptions of their beautiful inn! If we come back this way again we will surely look to stay here again!

The suite we had was very spacious, the beds were unbelievably comfortable. We had two big windows that we could watch the sunrise over the cliffs in front of us! The walk to Zions entrance was very easy as well as the walk down the Main Street.
