Great location, but old noisy building

Flannigan’s has a great location and is loaded with all the amenities you’d want but is an older building so it was very noisy. I could have every move of the people above me, water in pipes, and people coming and going up the stairs. Headed to Zion? It’s stop 3 on the springdale bus or a short walk to the park entrance. It has an on-site restaurant that may be the best in town. There’s a spa and also a pool and hot tub. Free WiFi, on-site parking, and even coin operated laundry. Staff was pleasant upon check in, although not overly informative about the park or Springdale. Other than the extreme noise, I was happy with the facility. The room was a bit smaller and out dated than most hotel chains I’ve stayed at, but it’s in a small town, and non chain so it’s expected.

Clean, Cozy & Close to the Park!

We had the most amazing experience at this adorable Inn right outside the Zion National Park entrance. The location is so convenient, you can walk, ride the shuttle or take a 3-minute drive into the park from the Inn. The staff were all super kind and accommodating. This was especially nice because we were traveling with our 3-month-old and they helped ensure we had the proper bedding and equipment for the best experience! In addition to being very family-friendly, the grounds were incredible! The pool/spa, restaurant, the labyrinth, and the outstanding views make this Inn a 5-star location! I will definitely be staying here on our next visit!

We booked a room for this weekend, and had to cancel at the last minute because our home is very near the burn zone of the Kincade fire in Sonoma County. These greedy people insisted on charging us a stiff cancellation fee. Terrible!

Nice spot just outside Zion

We stayed in a deluxe king balcony room which was very spacious and comfortable. There wasn’t much of a view from the balcony but it was nice to sit outside. The hotel is super-convenient for visiting Zion. The free shuttle bus picks up and drops off just outside the hotel, and it’s the closest stop to the park (parking inside the park is virtually impossible, so best to use the shuttle bus.) Complementary reusable water bottles were fantastic.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay at this lovely inn just beside the shuttle stop into Zion National Park and the shuttle into Springdale. Lovely room. Very good trout dinner in the lovely restaurant and a very nice, affordable breakfast. Beautiful outdoor pool. Perfect base to visit Zion
