Fantastic location just outside of the park entrance. Rooms were roomy, clean, comfy and featured a small fridge. We had a nice deck to enjoy a glass of wine and some bites after a day of exploring. Great pool/hot tub area with plenty of lounge chairs. Views are stunning from the grounds. In addition, the staff were all very pleasant and informative. The attatched restaurant is also very good with an accommodating staff. We will stay here again.

Upper end furnishings and spacious room. We enjoyed our stay for just one night. The onsite restaurant is great - see other review. Location is right at Shuttle Stop 3 in town and a short walk (5-10 minutes) to Zion's pedestrian entrance. While the room was very comfortable, we had some neighbors that were a bit noisy. Was able to find a great room rate through Hotel.com which made the stay a great value.

Walking distance to park entrance. Rooms are as expected. Spotted Dog is hotel restaurant and is totally awesome. Would return in a heartbeat. Bike rentals next door. Candidly parking is so expensive in Springdale might as well go for the night!

Everything very nicely done: service, rooms, view, comfort. Shuttle at front. Best restaurant in town on site - spotted dog. Labyrinth a plus - nice view from there and thoughtfully a sitting bench on the way up (not that it's steep or far, just a lovely place to sit). Recommend rooms with balcony views - 208 - 211 - worth the extra cost for amazing views.

We loved the views from our room. Room needs a lot of updating: old furniture, general rundown look. WiFi did not work, called front desk, they sent a tech who has spent in our room about an hour, could not fix the problem. When on checkout I have suggested an adjustment to the bill due to the lack of internet, I was told that I did not let technician fix the problem. I thought that an hour was an adequate amount of time to try to do it. Would not stay there again.
