Room with Amazing View
We just Love this Lodge! Room really nice, with Amazing View of Mountains. Love sitting outside drinking coffee & watching sunrise. Panoramic Windows around bed. Staffs is very sweet & nice!
They were even so kind to help us find the exact same room we stayed in a year ago. And even know we said we didn’t need maid service. They still left fresh towels & stuff, outside our door.
Will definitely keep coming back!

Good Place to Stay
A little older, not anywhere in room to conduct business with laptop, very clean except cleaning staff needs to use something different to clean the mirrors. Nice views. Would have given it a 4 rating but asked for a ground floor room but they put us in an upper room and steps are required. Could have gone back and asked for a change but don't like causing issues so just dealt with it. When you request something like this and they by no means are full this time of year they would accommodate your request.

Quiet retreat in beautiful Zion Canyon
We spent 4 nights at the Driftwood Lodge at the end of October. The room was just what we wanted! There was a convenient kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. Sitting out on the small patio after a day of hiking we could enjoy the magnificent views and the soothing sounds of running water in the nearby river. Perfect!

Potential is there, but did not meet expectations
My husband and I stayed at this hotel in September. The room was very basic, and the housekeeping was clearly rushed. They forgot simple things (new coffee glasses, etc.) and when making our bed used a flat sheet in place of a fitted sheet. In my opinion, if the hotel has run out of fitted sheets for a room they need to make adjustments. The location was good, but to be fair the free shuttle stops at many other hotels along the road so this is hardly the only option. My final upsetting experience, was not being served at the adjacent restaurant. Upon arriving, we waited and waited, however a waiter never arrived. The restaurant management said there was 'miscommunication' but being other servers and the hostess physically walked by us- someone should have taken it upon themselves to ask if we had been helped. Since there are so many options to stay in Zion, I would stay elsewhere. I will say though, the receptionist was very personable.

We arrived late the first night for our first trip to Zion....the next morning just a dawn was breaking we opened the drapes to be awestruck by the magnificence of Zion right in our backyard...it was breathtaking to watch the sunrise. Room 504 was the best....super roomy, large clean bath and impeccably clean overall. Staff was wonderful and there is a good restaurant located on the premisis. Easy to walk to shops and other restaurants and ez entrance to the park. We had a glorious 3 day stay and would choose the Driftwood again and recommend it highly.
