My husband and I stayed at Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn on a recent trip to Bryce Canyon. I had originally booked a room at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand (across the street), but a room in the main lodge at Ruby's Inn became available for quite a bit less money, so we figured we'd give it a try. This was our first visit to the area and we were surprised that Ruby's Inn is almost like a tiny town in itself. The General Store has just about everything you can imagine - from clothing to groceries. There are a couple of restaurants on-site as well. Check-in was convenient and the front-desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the third floor in the main lodge. Our door faced the indoor pool, so it was a little on the noisy side until the pool closed for the night. The room itself was very nice and very clean! It included a microwave, a decent-sized refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable and after the pool closed, it was very quiet. The double vanity had two sinks and it was located separately from the toilet and shower. The shower had good water pressure but the shower head was super high. There were a few loose tiles on the bathroom floor as well, but it was very clean. We weren't super hungry for dinner, so we decided to go to the Canyon Diner next door instead of the main restaurant. That was a big mistake. It may have just been what we ordered, but the food really wasn't good. Breakfast, which was included in the stay, was another story entirely. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was excellent and offered a lot of variety - eggs, bacon, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, bagels, toast, juice, etc. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Service was great too! It was just a short drive to Bryce Canyon National Park as well. We would recommend Ruby's Inn for anyone traveling to the area.

We had a most excellent stay we arrived late because it was a last minute thing from a leadership meeting in salt lake. They were waiting for us had all of our stuff ready so we can go to bed as soon we arrived without any problems. The setting and facility are super close to the park right at the gate. It just was perfect along with the sunrise, thank you

We only stayed one night but I would not likely stay here again. The Pros--restaurant on site can order off the menu or do the buffet which had a large selection of food, free breakfast buffet also a large selection, grocery store/ gift shop on site and the shuttle picks up out in front to the hotel and close proximity to Bryce Canyon. The Cons--the shower floor was very squeaky and felt unstable, there was not enough hot water for 2 showers and the beds need to be replaced they sag in the middle. I would stay across the street at the Best Western Grand in the future when we come back to Bryce Canyon

It was a good place to stay put was absolutely chaos everywhere. The rooms it self is good but it is a lot handle. They do have breakfast but not a ton of options. Grocery store at the hotel and gift shop. Also a restaurant but can get packed as well. This place is good but packed.

Not worth the price.

This was twice the cost of surrounding hotels and it was definitely not worth it. Beds and room were fine. The rooms are in different buildings spread out, so the pool looked nice but we didn't end up going because it's weirdly inconvenient. The plumbing is terrible, toilets clog on nothing, shower is lukewarm or lava hot and bad pressure. Breakfast looked good online but was an absolute zoo with zero order and food possibly worse than most continental breakfasts. Not at all worth the price.
