Front desk staff unprofessional and no greeting when entering the desk area and seemed to be bothered that they had to assist me in checking in, I had to repeat my last name three times to the staff women at the counter and she only looked up once while processing my room request.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I couldn't be more disappointed in this hotel. They refused to cancel and refund our stay even after there is a mandatory social distancing put on us from the government. I will never stay here or any other Best Western again. I have had zero issues with the other two places we were planning to stay. Horrible customer service.

We came with no expectations and had a wonderful time. The staff was great, changing our room to a ground floor so it was easier for my son. They had a small store, gift shop, restaurant, and even a post office.

The rooms were cozy and clean and came with amenities (including shampoo, soaps and coffee). Location is close to the canyon. They serve free breakfast with a lot of options. Check in and check out were hassle free.

Ruby Inn – surprisingly good stay in spite of many negative comments, rooms are good size, updated and clean, on site restaurant is reasonable and has good food and service, it’s location is excellent almost right at the entrance of the park. Full buffet breakfast was included. My wife experienced high altitude sickness, we had to check out early for our second night, management (Mike) was helpful and willing to cancel our booking (nonrefundable) with Expedia, which was much appreciated.
