Super clean, friendly, great location just next to the park’s entrance and an excellent convenient store and souvenir shop. No freezer in the room but they will keep your ice packs in the hotel’s freezer for you. Highly recommended!

Close to Bryce Canyon which is a positive.
We had a room overlooking the car park, try and ask for one overlooking the lake.
A bit of a tourist trap, nothing much around for miles and everything is relatively expensive. Restaurants were all closed by 9pm.
The rooms were okay, nothing special. On the other side of the road, we went to the Best Western Grand by accident, which looked much nicer.

Busy but very functional
We were here in August, height of the season, and yes it was busy but it all worked very well. Family suite was great - a big main room with two queen beds and another adjoining room with another queen bed. It’s not the most modern but it more than sufficed. The main building has a restaurant which was fine, a large general store which literally sold all you may need and other ways of parting you with your money (attraction desk, western photo shop etc). It’s a slick operation - they’ve been around for decades and seem to have a monopoly at the park entrance. It shows too - prices aren’t cheap but it really does the job. Laundromat was great, big campsite and RV Park next door, park shuttle but right outside (and park ticket office by the front entrance). It’s got everything. You do feel like you’re part of a machine - there’s no personal service here, although lobby staff were very helpful on advice as to how to get the most from our stay. It really does the job in Bryce. Would recommend if you’re coming to Bryce.

A bit unpleasant
As soon as I walked in the bathroom the shower was dirty and full of hair and the room was difficult to find. The restaurant closes too soon for tourists who come from all over the world and want to see the sunset at 8.30pm on. The hotel is located really close to the Bayce Canyon and easy to reach.

It appears that the Ruby's franchise pretty much owns accommodations at the Bryce Canyon gate so there's not much competition. The complex is massive - lot's of people. Seems like parking is sufficient. We waited in line for about 15-20 min waiting on check-in even with 4 people working guest services. Our room was at the back, quiet, plenty of parking. Room was standard, two comfortable queen beds, clean but dated bathroom and sink area. Small fridge. Environmental controls fine. Huge gift shop, other amenities, place was covered with families and kids. Pleasant enough stay. Nothing special, but I wouldn't have any concerns with returning.
