Rooms were large with microwave and fridge. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy and crisply made. Lots of recreation opportunities near the hotel. Great place to base trips from. Room cost was very reasonable and included a nice hot breakfast.

Overall - this was a very pleasant place to stay. Very close to Bryce Canyon entrance, excellent staff, and delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. The staff also did a tremendous job dealing with the covid situation in a safe manner

Stayed at Ruby's Inn for one night while visiting Bryce Canyon on our "social distancing" road trip out west from Ohio. We had originally planned on going to the Grand Canyon for this leg of the trip, but because it was still closed during the week due to the Covid crisis we opted for Bryce Canyon since it was open on a limited basis. This inn is large and sprawling, and seems to take up one whole end of Bryce Canyon City. There is a general store, grocery, and restaurant on the property, a campground and RV park next door, and a lake behind the entire establishment. Bryce Canyon is a mere few minutes to the south. Our lakeview room was clean, well decorated, and spacious. I particularly appreciated the outside entrance rather than interior hallways. Although I had not thought to request a first floor room when I made the reservation, the front desk was able to accommodate us anyway. The sink area outside of the bathroom was huge, but surprisingly the bathroom itself was also large. We were surprised that the restaurant and stores were open, as this was the first location on our "covidcation" in which dine in was an option. We ordered take out for dinner but ate in the restaurant for breakfast (for which the hotel provided a voucher, even). If I'm ever back at Bryce Canyon again, I'll definitely stay at Ruby's Inn.

A good family and pet place. The employees were very responsible related to the issues related to current travel. Ruby's Inn is very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The National Park Service played a great part in keeping people safe so that people can partake of the peace that this area can provide.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location so close to the park, and it's basically a self-contained mini town with a Post Office, several restaurants, a laundry, a huge grocery and general store, indoor/outdoor pools, etc. My kids loved it. Loved parking in front of our rooms - easy to get our stuff in and out. There aren't many places to stay in Bryce and this would be our only choice if we go again. Some things were closed due to COVID but the staff was nice. Also note they have a to-go breakfast option because the line for sit down was crazy and we wanted to get on our way into the park.
