Noisy room, they called it a suite but it was just a room with a jacuzzi tub. We reserved 2 rooms and they gave us one room in the main building and the other at the farthest end of the property, 1/4th mile away

Great place to stay!
Although our room was very dated, it was clean and roomy. We went to the main lodge for meals and the pool-very nice and newer than where we stayed. It would have been nice to have a proper dressing room near the pool, though. There was a business area that came in very handy for us for printing, etc. Loved the time of year we went, as it wasn't the least bit crowded!

Was what I expected
Clean facility with decor that fit the area we were visiting. The service was good. The food in the restaurant was better for dinner than breakfast; not that either was bad, just basic restaurant food. I would go back and stay, lots of amenities we didn't get to use and liked the general store.

Would not come back
Dingy room with musty smell. We had to change to another room but the smell was still the same. Carpet looks dirty and feel dirty. Bathroom was okay. Dinner at the restaurant was like a Golden Coral buffet type and expensive, not worth it. The only thing about this hotel was the location, closed to Bryce National park.
